The employees are always helpful and there always busy they offer a wide range of phones and accessories its a great place to do business with .

Nice store, but unfortunately it is extremely under staffed. No one has even acknowledged us. And when one of the employees was done helping a customer... He just up and left instead of helping us ( waiting 20 minutes at this point) so now up to 50 minutes and finally going to get helped. There where only two people here already being helped when we arrived.Lets hope this one employee can help us! All we need to do is out right buy a new phone and have is switched on in place of the dead one. Not to mention... 80% of the phones on floor have NO PRICE INFORMATION.

Its great if you want to pay a bunch for slow internet

Just got an IPhone X from here not to long ago, customer service was great, I would recommend maybe moving the store to a different location in Newton or expanding the size of the store and maybe hiring more staff to attend to other customers.
