The young girl working in this location one, needs to learn about personal hygene. Two, needs to learn customer service skills. When i go in a store to spend well over $500 i would like if you could at least greet me. Ill take my money somewhere else.

Very knowledgeable staff and always courteous and very helpful getting answers to our questions. We have been Cricket customers for 19 years and will continue to do so. I also enjoy the Humor that comes along with the great service.

The staff in Newton is sooooo helpful! from monthly billing help to new phone consultation, they are incredibly helpful in every situation. they are smart & charming. and i love them.

My experience was great with this store. The staff take time to make sure all of your needs are met, whether a port in from another wireless carrier or a new line of service. I love to see the senior staff helping and teaching the newer staff how to be more proficient in their jobs vs. trying to be the stores superstar and be the only one to know how to do their jobs. This practice makes the whole experience for patrons and staff even more amenable.

Our CSR was Ana, she was very informative and helped us locate and purchase every item we were looking for when we came in.

Nancy was awesome. She helped me solve my immediate phone problem with ease and with a great attitude, even though I do not currently have Cricket. Because of how she handled the situation, plus the updated info she gave to me about Cricket, I will most likely switch to Cricket when the time is right for me.

The younger generation have always been there for me when I couldnt figure out my phone. In this new microwave world we live in the young are a God send.

If this is the one in Newton...dont EVER go here. Rude, uneducated management. Their store hours depend on who is working and when they feel like opening or closing. Been there 3 times too many. Just take some extra time and go to Wichita. Either the one on Woodlawn & 21st? Or the one on North Rock Rd, Next to Starbucks... Walmart is behind it.

Always open late. Website says they open at 9 am, door says they open at 10 am. Employees arrive shortly after 10 am . Went to three different locations to try and pay bill just to have to Waite

Courteous staff and a nice selection of phones to choose from with a nice deal for multiple lines.

My phone had a problem I couldnt answer but could call out the clerk worked over an hour and finally got it working again ☺
