We happened to run into Woops on our day out in Newton for brunch. Marianna is extremely friendly, warm and has great customer service. They have varied choices for birthday gifts. The macaroons, especially, look amazing. The Honey Lavender flavor is out of this world! Highly recommended.

Out of all the macarons I’ve tried this place is hands down my favorite! I come here at least once a week to get my sugar fix! I I can’t get enough of this place!! I’ve tried all of their flavors and every single one of them are absolutely amazing. I’m addicted!

Small little stand outside of Frank Pepe. The presentation was nice. They were well lit and labeled. Staff was very helpful and nice. Its pricey but worth it. These were a little bigger then other macarons. Definitely, delicious.

I found Woops online as I was searching for a French style Macaroon. I needed a Covid friendly single serve package for a small private event. I am so pleased that I found them. They had a lot of options for packaging and reasonable prices with a lot of different flavors to choose from. I ordered 2 macaroons (vanilla and caramel) in a clear plastic box with a ribbon for each person. Not only were they beautiful, but also soooo delicious. They even delivered them to me contactless. The macaroons are made with almond flour and gluten free. Woops customer service was excellent. In today’s challenging times it’s nice to find a local business to support that provides a delicious product!

The macarons are delicious! My favorite flavor is dark chocolate, but they have a great variety of other flavors (my husband prefers the fruity flavors.) They also have various bakery items and coffee/tea which makes for a nice sweet treat. You can have the option to get them in a gift box, which makes these a cute present for anyone!The woman who works there is really nice also and always willing to explain the product in more detail. I’d definitely recommend this bake shop!

Woops! bakeshop is such a pleasant treat in Newton Center. I had such a great experience picking out a few delicious macarons to try. I highly recommend the blueberry cheesecake and coconut! Store management was so kind and welcoming. I will be stopping by more often.

Made my day walking into this place while in the neighborhood. I had a few hot drinks, tried a couple of macaroons and ultimately walked away with a dozen more.“They”(Mariana) were very helpful with some delicious recommendations that were pretty great when I got into them at home. Dark chocolate and blueberry cheesecake are the jawns. I shall return.

I love everything about Woops! Bakeshop.They have the best macarons (MUST try the honey lavender & Rose) and make the best coffees with vegan milks available as well . They can also make macaron arrangements for any event/dinner. Macarons are always my go-to present to bring when invited somewhere and they make the best ones. Also located perfectly across from Newton Center T stop.

Called to inquire about cookies and they told me that they have some. I then placed the order online and waited 30 minutes to find out that I was actually lied to by the staff and they do not have the cookies that I wanted. Lying to clients is unacceptable

I popped in on a rainy day needing just a little something sweet. The shop is very clean and covid-safe. My raspberry macaron (not to be confused with a macaroon...) was great. Not overly sweet with just the right amount of flavor. Ill definitely back back! Perfect place to stop by for a little treat.

Woops is one of my favorite spots. The Macaroons are the best I ever tasted, and match the quality when I lived in Paris. Staff is very friendly and responsive, coffee and espresso are always made Fresh. Every time I stop by I leave with a smile on my face.... Do yourself a favor and make sure you stop by when you are in the Newton area

Completely obsessed with this place! As a major dessert fiend recently diagnosed with Celiac, I was mourning all the delicious things I couldnt eat anymore - that is, until I found Woops! The macaroons are DELICIOUS, always taste great, and there isnt a flavor I havent loved (although red velvet and nutella are particular favorites). These are amongst the best cookies Ive ever had and cannot even begin to express how happy I am to have found this place! Do yourself a favor ans Go Here Now!!

I had the pleasure of Trying woops with my good friend. Never before have I been so impressed with the customer service. I had both the Nutella macaron and the honey lavender macaron. I will never be the same. if you are looking for life-changing Macarons, you need to try woops.

We had an amazing experience with Woops! We got 6 small macaron pyramids for centerpieces for a company holiday party and they were beautiful and festive, their staff was communicative and set up the pyramids on-site and everything was delicious and obviously very fresh. My staff loved the macarons and the beautiful display, Ill definitely be using them again for future events!

Second time here and again the service is again personable, cheery and helpful.My favorite flavor is a toss up between he mint chocolate and honey lavender macarons, but I suspect when I get around to trying the lemon tart macaron it’ll be a contender. My children like the Nutella and birthday cake ones.

Woops Macarons were delicious but I was really disappointed on my pre order(ordered it a week in advance) valentine box set that they did not have anything printed on the Macarons as it was mentioned on their website. When I picked it up, The box was already wrapped in a bow so I did not get a chance to take a look of what was the inside. I found this out later when I gave it to my husband with the hope of he would be surprised! What a real bummer on this part :-( As I mentioned earlier that the Macarons were delicious, My husband and I enjoyed every of the flavors in the box. They are good for a quick snack but I dont think that I would go back for any of my special event.

I stopped in to buy some macarons for my mom for Hannukah and Mariana was just lovely! Can’t wait to try these beautiful macarons :)

Had the honor of being served by Mariana on her very first day! She was absolutely lovely and was perfection behind the counter.
