Wow talk about great service Lost the lens out of my glasses called to tell them to see if they could order it so I can bring it in and have it installed or pick it up when I came in a few days later they had both lenses and they put them both in at no charge under warranty cant beat that kind of service

The friendliest people work at this location. Always greet me with a smile, as well as make me feel welcome. The doctors are very pleasant and engaging. I seem to learn something new every time I visit. They genuinely care about my sight and provide a wonderful experience. I couldnt recommend them more highly.Appointments may fill up quickly, but I have always been able to get one that fits my schedule, and they are willing to accommodate for emergency situations.Thank you to the team for taking such good care of my family and myself. I dont know what wed do or where we would go if your services were not available. The care and concern is unrivaled.

Simmons is great! He does a great job at accessing and knowing what I need! His receptionists are great. But it took a long time for my glasses to get done and the lady whom adjusted them has messed them up repeatedly and has yet to get them fixed right just keeps messing them up more and rolls her eyes almost every time I point out what needs fixed. And tells me it’s my fault not hers.

Dr. McKinney does a great job of explaining what’s going on with my vision and options to help me see better. He and his staff are friendly and helpful. I have always had a good experience.

My wife and I enjoyed working with Dr. McKinney and the staff was also helpful. One thing that we really appreciated was the way that they provided a detailed invoice outlining all of the charges. Some other offices simply give you a total amount for your bill and dont explain each of the charges. We will be returning, along with the rest of our family.

Dr. McKinney always takes his time and never rushes through my appointment! He always answers my questions clearly and makes me feel that each question is important!

Terrible place. They dont care about customer care just about making money. Due to their error I ended up paying for eye exams I didnt need and still didnt get the glasses I did need. Very disappointing. Go somewhere else.
