Marc Leibole and his staff are very intelligent, kind and wonderful to work with. Would highly recommend Dr. Leibole for Lasik eye surgery as he did a fantastic job and answered all of my questions.

From the moment I walked in to Dr. Leibole’s office, I knew something was different. His staff was so friendly and attentive. Nine times out of ten these days, you seem to get attitude or a lack of caring at most Doctor’s offices. Not the case here. The office was extremely clean and adherent to all Covid guidelines. I know this because I too am a healthcare provider. We were (my wife and I, both had our initial appointments) brought into the eye examination room. Jim did the most thorough eye exam I had ever had. Again, he was a super friendly guy who took his time with us and made us feel very comfortable. We had to wait a few minutes for our eyes to dilate before we saw Dr. Leibole. This was not our first rodeo with an ophthalmologist so I did have a point of reference. Dr. Leibole was a kind gentle man who was extremely knowledgeable and also very thorough in his approach. You know when you meet someone and it just feels right? Well that’s the experience we had here. I believe his positive and kind influence trickles down to all his staff members. I have been a practicing doctor for about thirty years. I know the difference between good and bad. If you’re looking for a gifted eye doctor or someone specializing in eye surgery, look no further, Dr. Leibole is at the top of the pyramid.

My husband was seen in the ER early morning for an eye injury, and we were referred to call Dr. Leibole upon discharge. He had an appointment within 4 hours of calling, had a diagnosis, and medication within 30 minutes. The staff was amazing, especially with future scheduling accommodations. I dont usually take the time to write reviews because Im a busy mother of five. But Dr. Leibole is arguably one of the best doctors Ive ever had, so I feel others deserve to know about him. Dr. Leibole performed my Lasik surgery last November. He did a perfect, excellent job, but his outstanding surgical skills are not the only reason for my gratitude. Last spring, while living overseas, I learned that I had a cataract (the rare kind that middle-aged people get). I knew I would be living back in the USA in Boston area for 4 months in the coming fall, so I hoped to have both cataract and Lasik surgeries performed while in the USA. The problem was that my time frame was so short and Dr. Leibole is such a well-reputed doctor that his schedule was packed full. When I explained to him my unique circumstances and he evaluated my need for both surgeries, I was hoping and praying hed be willing to find a way to squeeze me into his schedule. Not only did he fit me into his busy Lasik surgical schedule, but he also personally called and explained my situation to another trusted ophthalmologist in the area (Dr. Putnoi), and helped arrange for my cataract surgery to be performed by him. Jennifer in his office staff was extremely kind and helpful as well. This was a miracle and answer to prayer for me. I also greatly appreciate Dr. Leiboles caring manner and the way he takes the time to explain every detail of pre and post surgery protocol to his patients. He is very sharp and knowledgeable and also very kind and caring. Ive no doubt he will continue to bless many lives through his great talents and caring manner. I should also mention that he has put together a great team of employees in his office as well. By the time I left, they felt like family to me. If I ever come back to Massachusetts, Ill definitely stop back in to visit this wonderful group of people!

Dr. Leibole is a wonderful doctor who is very calm, gentle, knowledgeable, patient and experienced with LASIK surgery. I originally saw him due to pain in my eyes with contact lenses, and he did not pressure me to have LASIK, but gave me alternative treatments until I was 100% ready to go forward. I then had LASIK with him and could not have had a better experience. I would highly recommend Dr. Leibole to anyone considering LASIK surgery but also anyone who is experiencing eye pain or discomfort.
