The pearl Vision in Newton is nice! The people that work here are so nice and helpful. They know just what you are looking for and they will tell you what looks good and what doesn’t look good. The prices are fair.

Nice people, they always do a good job, glasses are nice quality. Only thing it would be nice to have a bigger selection of glasses.

This place so underrated. I needed emergency glasses as I couldn’t use my contacts because of an infection. I called in the morning and they were able to squeeze me in their full schedule. Dr. Siegel was absolutely professional, thorough and gentle. AND quick and efficient. The ladies at the sales desks were very knowledgeable and professional too. Thankfully the lenses were in stock and I was able to pick it up in an hour. Such a pleasant experience in this stinky Covid times.

The staff is very amicable. The eye doctors are very good and explain the situation clearly.They have a good choice of glasses. Recently our son broke a frame . They helped us out by putting the lenses in a similar frame, which we had to purchase without insurance.The price for the replacement frame was very fair. We feel very valued as customers.We will be coming back to renew our glasses next year.

Great customer service and a very attentive staff.

They are not very helpful there. I called for my pupillary distance since I spend almost $1000 there on a pair of progressives that I dont really like. They were not very helpful.I have even witnessed one co worker have an argument with another when she was asking for assistance. That other worker acted like she was really put off.The lenses are loose. The frames were too tight so they modified them. Thats what made the lenses too loose. Then they modified the frames again so the lenses would be more snug. Now the frames are too tight and give me a headache.Im not very happy with their bedside manner so to speak and their service.

Best experience at an Eye doctors appointment Ive ever had. The Doctor was great.. knowledgeable and a good sense of humor staff was nice friendly and honest

This review is for Dr. Siegel. I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment today and I was checked in immediately by Dr. Siegel himself. He was ready for me with my file already open on the desk. He took the time to explain each test he was performing and was patient with all of my questions during the exam. Overall an extremely pleasant, easy experience.

So I called on Friday about mid-day for a copy of my prescription. The lady on the phone that day was super kind and helpful and asked me for my email. She explained that the doctors records are separate from hers so she will try to have it done by the end of the day. I totally understood and thanked her for her time. After checking my email multiple times over the weekend, I still hadn’t received my script. So this morning I decided to call and check on the status. The lady that answered today was super short and asked me what I needed. I stated that I called on Friday and haven’t received my script and just wanted to follow up. She responded with “ well you know what we were extremely short staffed on Friday so that’s why it wasn’t done” then continues to take my email address and goes “yea and we are also extremely short staffed today also so yea don’t know when it will get to you” or something along those lines. Mind you I wasn’t rude at all when following up on this situation. I understand that Covid has had many negative impacts and people are working short staffed and odd hours and everyone’s work world has been turned upside down. I’m a nurse on the frontlines of COVID currently so yea....I know what it’s like to work under this stress. The major attitude wasn’t appreciated and I hope that this woman finds some other stress relief in her life other than being rude to her customers. That is all, stay safe and stay healthy.

Im usually one who hates the eye doctor, my eyes are very sensitive and Im a problematic patient. Dr. Siegel was incredibly professional, friendly, and efficient, the exam was done in 10min no issues! Paula helped me pick out new frames, which are my favorite thus far. This location is very busy though, so try and schedule appointments not during peak times to get better dedicated attention

Above and beyond service here. Came in at 4:45 (place closes at 5), most places would have me wait till the next day, but since I told him my glssses were broken he had the whole crew stay till 5:30 to get me a new pair that day. Very happy with them!

It took awhile before I was waited on.Once I final received assistance she was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Very helpful staff. Fixed my and my sons frames several times free of charge.

I don’t understand how this office expects people to come in and take exams without checking if your insurance is active or not. This is a 5 minute call that every office can do. Not here, they didn’t feel like making that call. Thanks a lot.
