Autoline Toyota was super easy to deal with. I live outside the area, but drove a couple hours out of my way because the service and price were right. Paige is extremely helpful, and knows A LOT about Toyota Tacomas.One small observation ... this might seem like a small point, but auto sales is a customer service industry, so the little things matter. Ive bought a lot of vehicles over the years, and this is the first time Ive ever pulled off the lot in a vehicle that didnt have a full tank of gas. Usually you drive away with an oil change or two covered, or a tire rotation on the house. Again, doesnt change my view of Autoline on the whole, but these extra touches are meaningful.

Wow! I am not the type to write reviews but this one was needed.I was helped by their employee PAIGE CAVEBROWNCAVE. When going to a car dealership, my biggest worry is being scammed out on all these extra fees that I am not aware of. However, Paige was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. She allowed me to go on multiple test drives to make sure I was making the right decision. When picking a car, I always feel extremely rushed. However, Paige took the time to clearly outline every detail of the transaction. On top of this, I was never afraid to ask Paige questions. She would tell me car lingo and I could easily and comfortably ask for an explanation in laymans terms. I would never go to another Toyota representative besides Paige. I really mean this!

I was soaked an exhorbitant amount of money for each service they did. They upsold me every time. Even their base service is ridiculously expensive. Theres no reason why they should have charged over 600 dollars consistently for routine services on a new car. Will never go with them ever again. Took it somewhere else for a service and was charged a tiny fraction of the price Toyota charges. They also didnt pressure me with up selling but just made recommendations. Avoid at all costs!!! Toyota is a great company but their reputation is being tarnished by this location.

Twice this week I have dealt with some one who doesnt make the call back. I have inquired about repairs to my vehicle and was told Id receive a call with pricing. I have also been hung up on during my wait on hold and I still dont have a price for my repairs. I would rather use another Toyota dealership then feel like Im less then human because of the way Im being disregarded.

Words cannot describe how great Rachel was to deal with. From the moment I picked up the phone to inquire about the vehicle of interest Rachel was informed and professional. We were able to negotiate via email and phone which is tough in this industry. As a resident of Toronto the drive to Niagara was well worth it and definitely will not be the last vehicle we purchase from Rachel and auto line Toyota. All the staff at Autoline Toyota has been incredibly friendly and helpful during the car shopping process. In particular, Rachel helped me by showing off all the features and benefits of several different vehicles, and was (and is) always willing to answer any questions. At the same time, she never applied any of the high pressure sales tactics that I experienced at some other dealerships, When I decided on a vehicle to purchase Kyla helped me with the financing details and Brittany helped with all the details on delivery, and everyone was wonderful to deal with, and made certain to let me know that they were available to help with any questions I might have after purchase. Highly recommended.

What a great buying experience! I bought my previous Toyota from a nearby dealership, and they dont even compare on any level to Autoline. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with respect. Visited Autoline in search of a new car. We were greeted by Rachel. She gave us an overview of their cars and asked questions to find the best fit for us. She showed a great deal of knowledge of her products and didn’t try to oversell us. She worked hard to get us the best fit for our needs. We never felt rushed or pressured. The staff who took care of us to complete the sale were extremely helpful. Answering all our questions and made us feel comfortable. After having our 2018 Corolla for a few days we had a few questions. Everyone we talked to was very helpful and happy to spend the time with us.Overall a great experience, look forward to dealing with service department for maintenance. We will definitely come back to Rachel and Autoline Toyota when it comes time to replace our second car.

It was really a positive experience dealing with Autoline Toyota. Rachael, Bruno and Jon were all friendly, accommodating and well informed. The give and take of negotiating was friendly but appropriate. All of my requests were met fairly and I purchased a Camry feeling quite satisfied with the move. I look forward to dealing with Autoline in my future service andnegotiations. They were all very professional. Rachel, in particular, is a credit to Toyota.

AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!Our first time in a Toyota dealership and Rachel, our sales rep made it a good experience. She was friendly and courteous!! Our lease is up in May 2019 on our current vehicle so my husband and I were just looking. Rachel took us for a test drive and showed us all the features of the 2019 Toyota Corolla. I live 6 hours away from Autoline and they will only ever be the place I go to buy my vehicles! It is as easy as picking up the phone and calling! I get amazing service no matter how many questions I ask, everything is made so straight forward and easy, you really can’t get any better than that and even after you buy a vehicle you still matter to them, you are still important and they really give you the best customer service. The Toyota brand speaks for itself but this dealership and especially Kyla, really makes Toyota stand out as really being top of the line! I would highly recommend Autoline to anyone and everyone. Hands down best dealership I have ever been too, the people are friendly and not pushy at all. They where able to answer ever question I had ( and I had a lot).
