Great experience! Rob was very helpful and informative. He took his time to explain all of my options to me in great detail. Ive had two wagons and the cab of my class C motor home totally repainted plus a bunch of smaller jobs done at Star, this is the only body shop I would recommend. Their work is impeccable Nice going Rob and Josh, and lets not forget Jackie who is always super sweet. See you folks after this virus blows over. To those complainers further down: If you want a cheap job go elsewhere, you only get what you pay for. These people treat you and your vehicle with respect

Terrible experience bringing my car to this shop. Was advised by John West of Dent Magician to bring my car in there where he would meet me and fix 2 small dents. They went over the car and Rob and John agreed to take the job and advised they would need to remove part of my bumper and tail light to properly remove the dents from behind. I agreed and asked them to please be careful as this is a 2020 model car and I didnt want further damage. John assured me the shop was experienced and even though it was their first time working on this car they would be careful. They made no attempt to protect my paint (ie: using painters tape etc to cover up the headlight and surrounding body panels to ensure no scratches or chips) this lead to small chips and gouges in my body panel and rear bumper surrounding the tail light from them obviously prying at the body/tail light. They didnt even put the bumper back on properly as there was uneven gaps between both sides of the rear bumper and tail light. Not only this, but the one larger dent wasnt even removed properly. I came back 2 weeks later and informed them of the dent still being present as well as the rear bumper not lined up properly. They didnt fix the bumper on the 2nd visit, but John West did however properly remove the remaining dent. It took a 3rd time complaining for them to take off the bumper and realign it and it still isnt placed back on right. They touched up the paint from their negligence but it was a terrible experience bringing my car here. I only agreed to all this work in the first place because prior research showed Star Collision as a Niagara CAA approved shop and me being a previous CAA member I assumed my car was in the right hands. 0/5 for both Star Collision Service and The Dent Magician PDR avoid both these guys like the plague and take your car somewhere else.

The most expensive out of the rest of the shops. Buddy tried to suggest I needed 2 door replacememts for a little wrinkle. Out of 5 other shops they were the most expensive. They prey on people who do not know anything. They thought i didnt know any thing but I was playing dumb.

Absolutely incredible service. Taking a vehicle here is definitely the right choice. They make you feel like youre in good hands. Being in an accident was far from an easy experience and yet they managed to make the experience as positive as it could have been.

EXCELLENT Shop!!! Our whole family will only take their cars to Star Collision. The people there starting from the front desk, to the estimator (I believe his name is Robert) go ABOVE and BEYOND to make an already bad experience (accident) a less stressful experience. Our repairs were explained in a knowledgeable and easy to understand language and we have always been told to call or come down to check on our vehicles at will.All I can say is our cars have ALWAYS come out looking PRISTINE. I am very happy with the service.

I brought my car there after I got rear ended in a drive thru. The customer service was great and the work was done on time and on budget. I almost didnt recognized my car it was so clean =).I would hesitate going there again if needed.

I was involved in a small accident where I was hit from behind. From the beginning the people at star put me at ease. Being in the automotive industry myself for years, I know that many are crooks and perform shoddy work. However, the people at star did an amazing job on my vehicle and it looks better now than it did when I picked it up from the dealership when I bought it. The work they performed looks to be factory and I can not find any signs of overspray, orange peel or blending even when looking for them in sunlight or with a flashlight. They were very thorough and ensured all of my components fit properly and worked as intended (park sensors, lane departure, reverse cam). I would definitely recommend them to friends, family or anyone needing work done.

The guys in the back take great pride and pleasure in their work and it shows!Rob has always taken the time to explain everything in the repair process, what work will be involved and makes you feel comfortable knowing it will be done right! The prices are very reasonable and they uphold a very high quality of work. They are very honest, on several occasions they have actually SAVED me money by having door dents and dings worked out or pulled without having to do any body work, my vehicles always leave looking 1000 times better!
