Got apologies, a offer to hold my free upgrade for 48hrs but after waiting nearly 2 hours! !!!!!!! We cant help you today He even knew I was coming because he remembered our phone conversation!! I have a Sprint phone the T- mobile customers, 3-5 of them came and left!!Thank you Sprint but no thank you for my FREE upgrade. Ruined my evening but you cant waste my entire weekend.
Very polite and friendly staff. Dealing with TMobil was much easier and pleasant than dealing with Sprint at the end.
I found my experience enjoyable. The staff were busy, but that is a good thing. It means that they have a good reputation in the community in which they serve.
Niagara Falls Sprint /T-MobileI waited nearly 2 hrs just to be told I couldnt be taken care of today! Im a Sprint customer, but the T- Mobile customers walked in waited and were taken care of . Apologies were given also the free upgrades would be extended for 48 hrs. But Nick and I had spoken earlier on the phone he knew I was coming in . I wont these lapse in service ruin my holiday weekend, either.It will be a LONG time before I step in your store again!!

Just horrible horrible horrible. The people are rude. I stopped at the galleria mall which was terrible and then came to this store close to my house and it was even worse ! How is that possible! I just needed help with my bill nobody wanted to help me. A large man walked into the back and did nothing to help the amount of people waiting I tried to get his attention and he ignored me. Great company, I’m going somewhere else and do not care if I pay more

Overpriced phones.People who have low income have to buy low budget phones. This Tmobile store and probably all Tmobile stores are jacking up prices on even the low cost phones. Almost doubled the price compared to other retailers. They have no promotion and no discounts. They said they wont match price with other retailers price. I asked for the manager but the associate told me the manager wont be able to do anything about it.It seems alot of people are experiencing disappointments at Tmobile stores. That explains why people are leaving Tmobile services.It was a waste of a trip and time to go to this Tmobile store in Niagara Falls.

We have had excellent staff help at the Military Rd, Boulevard Mall, and Walden Galleria stores. They answer all questions, fix phones, and are always polite and courteous. We have never had surprise price increases or issues unlike with other providers.
Everyone there is very friendly and knowledgeable.
Pleased with the overall phone and service so far. But the young guy (Indian) maybe Pakistanian seemed arrogant and paid more attention to his own phone than to help a new customer.. he should get a raise to pay even more attention to his own phone. The bald big guy was very helpful with his service. He should become the owner/ CEO maybe he could help out with that cooking show on YouTube. Bring a spoon and a coffin because his recipes are to DIE for.
Good store, wonderful experience after visiting it. A couple of years ago someone hacked into my account and took it over, then it took two weeks for T-Mo to recover it. Same thing happened to me again. This time, Ross, the dude that works here, was able to fix the issue in three minutes and recovered my profile. I feel lucky I was served by the true professional.
Excellent service and very professional
I went to the store to try to take advantage of an offer of a free phone if you put $100 on your pre-paid account. I was told the offer was not good on my existing account and that I had to get a $50/month plan - and the salesman was doing me a favor by NOT selling it to me. I checked and confirmed at another store that indeed I could get a phone on my existing plan but they did not have any phones. After writing this review the manager contacted me and offered to make things right and he honored the original offer. Thank You
The people in T-Mobile were great! Friendly and will even call customer service for you if they cant figure it out. So far I love the service too!

The store associate was very helpful in answering all my questions and helping me find a customized solution to my concern with a separate phone provider. Although I did not end up switching to T-Mobile, I was very impressed by the customer service and knowledge of their products. Often when I call Verizon, Im put on hold between teams as they figure out what Im talking about and usually explaining a service to them. Most recently I was on the phone for three hours trying to get assistance with (Wi-Fi calling that ended without resolution.
I recently ugraded from the iPhone 6s to the 7 at this location. The experience, although very, very disappointing, was not quite as bad as the terrible phone reception that I get with T-Mobile service. The salesman assured me he would be able to transfer everything currently on my 6s over to the iphone x7 which I was contemplating upgrading to. I specifically asked exactly that question prior to the upgrade. After wasting a hour or so waiting while the obviously inexperienced salesman tried to transfer my contacts, texts, photos, apps, etc. he eventually handed me my new phone with everything supposedly transferred to it. The salesman and his sidekick then put on a full court press trying to talk me into one of their highly overpriced phone covers, but I was having none of that. When I got home I discovered that many of my contacts were missing from my phone, my photos were in completely random order and all of my text messages and apps were gone. I returned to this location the following day only to hear that there was nothing that they could do to rectify the situation which they created and this salesman too tried the scripted company line again trying to get me to purchase one of their grossly over priced phone covers. I chose to leave before they were able to inflict any more damage on my phone.I really wish that T-Mobile would put as much effort into training their salesman to properly transfer data or even maybe trying to upgrade their service coverage as they do into trying to get their salesmen to a shake down each of their customers for an additional 30 bucks for a phone cover worth about $8.
UPDATE: 6-30-2021!!!! Sad to say that as the sprint footprint hets larger, the service has going right down the toilet! I originally LEFT SPRINT bc of their dirty tactics, their shoddy subpar overpriced service, and the disrespect I received as a customer. Since the merger between T-Mobile and the crooks at sprint, my service is worse, and has reverted back to EXACTLY how it was when I was with just sprint. Zero stars, and once again I now have to jump ship bc of sprint! Shame on them! Look elsewhere or you too will eventually suffer the se.frustrations I have when I was a sprint customer for 14 years. For comparison purposes, I did leave my original review below.T-Mobile is the BEST!! Generous, no bs or small print! Up front and HONEST! NEVER plays ball under cup game! Staff are knowledgeable and friendly and above the industry standard! The staff are extremely patient and understanding! Never got a bad vibe or feeling from ANY of the staff! The promotions and or incentives beat everyone else! And the service it top notch! Left sprint after 15 years of fast downhill service that quickly and consistently got worse! Wished I joined T-Mobile a LOT SOONER! I could have saved myself a FORTUNE and not to mention less grief and stress. If youre thinking about switching, DONT! JUST SWITCH!
Bigger than Verizon and half the cost
Took way too long to make a payment otherwise the staff were polite.
Had to send my phone to manufacturer for a repair and was hooked up with a loaner phone quickly and easily. The team also helped me lower my bill and get a better deal.
They know everything, its all so complicated to me. Im old and not techy. Very nice, knowledgable people
