Nice atmosphere, omelette was excellent. However, it was not the omelette we ordered. Hot chocolate was watery, bottled orange juice was priced high around $5 but was from concentrate, not fresh. They nickle and dime with with extra charges such as for butter on bagel and for whipped cream on hot chocolate.
This is a cute little SPoT to visit while visiting Niagara Falls! There is a good amount of seating with various chair types to accommodate any size bum lol. The staff are very friendly and happy to help. The food was very tasty and very filling and the coffee was superb! We came during pumpkin spice season and were not disappointed at all with the iced pumpkin white chocolate mocha. The focaccia bread is perfectly baked and goes well on their Mike sandwich. Overall A+ experience!
A beautiful café that is right near the falls. If you like modern vibes then this place is the perfect place to visit and get breakfast. Inside is decorated with amazing murals and decorations. And the food is amazing. It was busy when I went but the food came out quickly as it could. Highly recommend
Great cafe withing walking distance of the Niagara Falls park and the nearby hotels.I found it in Google maps and so glad we did visit them for breakfast during our stay.It does get busy and the staff does inform you if there is going to be a wait for your food order to be ready (ours took 30 min, but we were good). Everyone from the cashier, to the barista, to the cooks, to the cleaning staff were nice, friendly and kept things moving. The restaurant has a nice decor, it is a good size and has a bit of everything on their menu. It is clean and pretty easy to place your order. Prices compare to other places, since it sure has more quality than your regular fast food place. We ordered an almond latte, oatmilk late (yes there is an upcharge for other milk), and 2 Mike Sandwiches (their best seller). We had it on a croissant (extra charge) and added bacon (extra charge).Everything was tasty, prep to order and it was a good stop for breakfast.
I absolutely loved SPoT! The ambience was perfect. Even though it was a little busy mid-day, once we sat down, it was totally chill. SPoT offered a few vegan options, which I was happy about, and I was impressed to see a Honduran coffee as the special - my favorite. Overall, I highly recommend SPoT, have friends that have already committed to going the next time they visit Niagara Falls, and would definitely go again myself.
Without many option to eat around the area, my family and I decided to try this place. It was the BEST decision we ever made. Low prices and delicious food. Nice venue and nice music. Highly recommended for anyone that wants to have a nice time in Niagara Falls. The picture represent the Peach Jet Tea Smoothie and the food was a Roasted Turkey Panini in wheat bread with a side of chips!Excellent customer service!!
Place is awesome. Super comfy, spacious, fun music, awesome mural along the walls; good range of baked items, i had the mikes sandwhich on focasia which was large and delicious; my husband had the oatmeal w/ fruit which he liked but it was a small portion. Also had a coffee and chai-cicle which were both fine. They also have cards on the table to tell you which tables are clean or dirty which is a pretty cool idea!Setup is similar to starbucks but better food!
The views indoor & outdoor are very pleasing…. Such a chill spotThe food was very good as well - Chicken Feta Wrap (top) Pesto Chicken Panini (bottom)The Jet tea smoothie is must get in the flavor wildberry. It got four stars because the wrap barely had chicken and was so small for the price ($14%) . _.
Theres a reason there is a long line here. The food is amazing. And they do an excellent job keeping it clean. Great friendly staff. Visited here twice in two days while visiting. Highly recommend. Definitely going back when in the area.
We were here in NY for a camp ground show, found this cute little Cafe close to the Falls, we had breakfast there both days, beautifully decorated with murals, a fireplace, plenty of cozy seating areas the coffee was excellent and breakfast was wonderful, staff very pleasant, I highly recommend this place.
Really good lunch and breakfast food, right next to Niagara Falls State Park! The turkey wrap and the omelette was delicious. Their pastries are also super good! It can get VERY busy though — plan to order 45 minutes ahead!
WHATTA GREAT SPOT ! My wife and I were ensconced in a one bedroom 3rd floor apartment for 2 days ( Sept 23 to 25th ) at the Red Coach Inn right next door. I happened to ask Mark the hotel GM if they served espresso and he said their espresso machine was broken. THATS when we realized the importance of this coffee shop next door...it became our local go to for lattes as there was NOWHERE ELSE WITHIN COOEE ! A bit after 8am on Friday morning we dropped in here for lattes before having breakfast back in the hotel dining room ( why not as it was included with our hotel stay ). First up I asked Jaime the friendly young lady behind the counter ( everybody was wearing facial masks incl us )...are you serving coffee only in paper cups ? The reply was yes.....to which I said I prefer to write reviews about coffees in porcelain cups. After a brief chat with Gem the barista ( and probably the manager ) Jaime said they can do that. AND THAT KIND GESTURE was the beginning of our enjoyable 2 day relationship with this lovely coffee shop. We did notice they had pastries and cakes in a display case on this...our first visit but decided to stick with our plan ( free breakfast at hotel ). We found a NICE SPOT near a window with a bit of sunshine poking through. Our Lattes with 2% milk & MONIN Hazelnut Syrup were ready in a short time and I picked them up at the counter. THEY TASTED GREAT....good job barista Gem. Before we left we noticed a comprehensive MENU BOARD on the right side wall behind the counter ( out of view when ordering with the cashier ) featuring fresh made paninis, burritos & more. DULY NOTED ! Back at our hotel dining room we enjoyed a nice breakfast with table full service. We then walked to Niagara Falls and did the whole deal.....Maid of The Mist boat tour near the falls, got soaking wet, came back to the hotel, took a shower and then came back here for a very nice lunch. A different person named Joe was staffing the counter when we arrived about 2pm on Friday. Having set a precedent with our lattes in porcelain cups earlier in the morning ( I showed Joe pics of our lattes ) Joe had no problem making our lattes in porcelain cups. We also ordered a Roasted Turkey Panini ( Turkey, cheddar, bibb lettuce, tomato..served on fresh baked thick Wheat Focaccia Bread ) which came with Field Greens to share. Our well made lattes tasted very good and the Grilled Turkey Panini on the thick wheat Focaccia Bread was very filling considering we split it. The amazing thing we noticed on both our visits thus far on the same day that the place didnt seem to get very busy. On Saturday Sept 25th we had to leave early ( 8.30am ) to catch our flight to Newark Airport but instead of a nice free breakfast at our hotel we decided to come here for our last feed in Niagara ( we needed our wake-up lattes ). We rolled into the coffee shop shortly after they opened at 7am. A new cashier named Sarah looked after us when we ordered 2 x Lattes in porcelain cups, 1 x Breakfast Wrap and 1 x Spinach Feta Omelet incl side of fresh baked Wheat Focaccia Bread. A great job on our lattes by Jaime as they tasted so good. We totally enjoyed our delicious breakfast. Great coffee, great food, great service every time. GIVE THIS SPOT A SHOT !
We had the Western omelets which were very good. Oddly enough we also had a couple of pieces of desert which were wonderful(a cinnamon role and a chocolate/pb cake). I had the Butter Rum and Carmel coffee...spectacular!
This place has an awesome vibe in it. The interior is super cool and the best part about this place is the food. It’s rich in quality and flavours. We had a spinach feeta cheese omelette, a veggie garden burger and bagel with veggie cream cheese. The burger was amazing, the veggie patty was not the regular frozen one but homemade. The bagels were fresh and smooth. The cream cheese was smooth in texture and taste delicious. For the drink we had regular black coffee and a espresso mocha shake, which was also amazing.I totally loved the place.Must go!
The prices are pretty high, bit thats to be expected for a tourist spot. The portions were very generous, and the food was good. Its a nice place to sit and relax too.
Nice little place. Was a blessing to eat there. ABSOLUTELY loved the environment. The food is to die for. A must visit if ever in the area.
Tourist prices. Youre paying for the trendy atmosphere? and location. No table service. $11 breakfast croissant and a $9 single waffle. Tasted okay but not worth that kind of money.
This is really a neat little restaurant. The food is quite good and not overly expensive. The coffee is excellent. And the ambiance is quite neat. There are murals all over of things related to the history of the area. Im very glad we found this little place.
Excellent Cafe that offers dine in as well as online ordering and takeout. Multiple gluten free options and walking distance to many hotels and the parks. We would go again for sure if in the area.
The staff is wonderful, they are efficient and friendly. Its crazy busy in the morning but the food and drinks are so worth the wait! Love the murals and the atmosphere! The Spot is a gem!
When you visit Niagara Fall, please stop there. This place is deaf friendly. Some willing show us tablet to look at option to pick. Staff are patient with us, they are great. amazing food. Great drink. Cozy and Comfortable to sit. Nothing else of negative I think of….. We went there 3 times because my wife love chai latte!😁. very rare there will lot lines wait but it take time fast. It will worth it!
Right near the falls and an easy walk from any of the nearby hotels. The staff were very friendly and the iced latte was great! I had the spinach and feta omelete which was pretty good. Definitely stop in if you like a modern vibe.
This place is so quaint, fantastic staff, good coffee and food. We were at Niagra for vacation and have decided this is the place to go in the morning!
Their breakfast options are delicious and definitely taste fresh. I loved the friendly environment as well as the decor and the ambience. I will admit the wait time is excessive, I went 3 times while in Niagara and the wait time range from 20 minutes minimum all the way to 45 tops. Was also a bit disappointed in the coffee as my order wasn’t made at my preference but coffee can be hit or miss with any cafe.Would recommend to those out of town looking for fresh options to enjoy who are definitely not in a rush and want to enjoy the outdoor scenery or inside ambience with some fresh food.
Friendly staff. Great food. Welcoming atmosphere. Coffee is so flavorful. Strongly recommend this place.
Pastries and coffee are very delicious! The atmosphere of this place is very welcoming.I would recommend everyone to visit SpOt!
Nice little place for coffee by the falls. Coffee was ok... real hipster vibe inside. Nice staff.
Food was freshly made and the coffee was hot. They do have takeout, but definitely not fast food.
While Niagara doesnt have a big selection of cafés, Spot doesnt disappoint. The coffee drinks are as strong as theyre delicious, and their food is all kinds of good. Get the Mike, its worth it. It does get very crowded, so consider ordering online ahead of time if you want to cut down on the wait. And the price point is a bit above even Starbucks, but it was always worth the cost.
This restaurant rocks! Walking distance from most hotels, the atmosphere is positive, employees were extremely pleasant, and the food was AMAZING, worth every cent! We had omelettes, they were perfect, definitely don’t waste your money at your hotel, come here!!!
Plenty of options for food to choose from. We had the breakfast sandwich on a plain bagel with bacon added. They are huge and cut in half for you served hot wrapped in aluminum foil. They have lots of pastries, muffins, scones, biscotti, cakes and cookies just to mention a few things. All kinds of specialty coffee and espresso. A great amount of indoor and outdoor seating available.
Very nice spot to visit and have coffee. At first we thought it was a full dine in restaurant but when we got there we noticed its just a fast food kind of restaurant but the food was good.
Very good breakfast on our way out of town. Very cool interior and didnt take long to get our food.
Nice clean restrooms, beautiful establishment, really friendly service, great coffee, and phenomenal breakfast wraps. Highly recommend. Oh yeah also reasonably priced.
Interesting place. The Belgian Waffle was delicious. The Carmel shake not so much.
Awesome lil place for brunch. The Focaccia Bread Breakfast Sandwiches are delicious. Beautiful artwork on walls inside. Loved the whole vibe.
I wanted to come here for awhile. Upon entering SPoT Coffee, we were greeted by the staff. The atmosphere was very welcoming and appealing to the eyes. I really liked all of the colors. The desserts looked very delicious. My family and I tried 3 different desserts. All 3 were very good. The staff helped me with picking out a drink to meet my taste. The tables and chairs were comfortable. I definitely want to come back and try a lunch or dinner. I would definitely recommend this cafe to others!
The location is good, next to Niagara Falls. The service is good. The place is spacious, clean, comfort/friendly atmosphere and very nice decorated. I strongly recommend this place when youre in Niagara Falls. Oh, the food is good too.
Charming, fancy looking and relaxing environment, coffee and food are delicious and just the name this is the spot!
Nice, clean atmosphere but there should definitely be someone dedicated to the lobby to ensure eating areas are properly turned over for the next guest.Good selection of items.Went for breakfast but the line didnt move well; only one person taking orders. The large menu on the wall is hard to read from the line and there are no paper menus or QRC to access an online menu (from what I could tell).Ordering slow but time to receive food timely. Food fresh and good.Consider adding kiosk and/or online ordering to boost your bottom line and improve the traffic flow.BTW, when did it become a thing to ask about adding a tip to my credit card (1) for a takeout order and (2) before any service is performed?🤔If I were in town Id visit again.
Great venue, more of your typical café vibes with some attentive employees. Food was on time and delicious, although you cannot shake the pretentious aura with the playing of soft Jazz perforating the air. I would definitely recommend it for a quick bite. 🙂
Grat breakfast spit with a lively vibe. Must do again the next visit.
Wonderful, quirky eatery/coffee bar with really yummy food but even better drinks and desserts. A bit pricey, but the quality of the food is why.
Not a good place for breakfast when you are hungry. Waiting time and bad experience at the bar person...or lady, cant be exactly correct what was.Definitely will pass next time even with 10% discount we have.
So unique. Food was fast and delicious. Staff were kind and very efficient!! Great place
1 omelette + 1 panini + 2 coffee drinks = $50 !!!And why is every place now requiring you to tip when ordering? They don’t do anything but put in your order. You have to get your own food when it’s ready and you have to clean your own table when you’re done. But for some reason they still expect minimum 18% tip.
Really good food, lots of choices for coffee and smoothies. Staff is really nice too! Give yourself a few extra minutes, but its worth the wait.
Great coffee and hefty portions of food! I had a tasty oak milk vanilla latte and momma had a caramel macchiato. For food I got the wrap with bacon and she got the avocado toast (huge pieces of toast and plenty of avocado).
The cafè offered a cozy environment but the food and coffee were a miss for us.
Nice place for a cup of coffee. Outdoor tables on Buffalo Ave across from Goat Island. You cant see the Niagara river but you can hear the rapids.
Great customer service ..food was great and in a timely manner
Without a doubt the best place to have breakfast in Niagara Falls, NY. We ate here every morning of our stay once we found it. Highly recommend.
Neat and clean. Convenient location to most hotels in the area. Across the street from the Goat Island entrance. Scone was delicious, it Tasted like it was homemade. My coffee was nice and smooth! My son had a banana-strawberry smoothie and loved it. Some tables and benches to sit outside as well as plenty of Comfortable seating inside. Great place for people of all ages, including kids. I Highly recommend this place. Check out their menu. More than just a coffee shop.
My wife and I, while in town visiting her family, decided to check out SPoT Coffee because we always liked small establishments where theres an at-home feel with good food at fair prices. This spot, no pun intended, hits the mark and then some! The Belgian waffles were great, and my wife and I loved our Mocha and Caramel Macchiato, respectively, and overall, the place is nice, small, and a nice place to enjoy your breakfast or lunch. Not to mention, the staff was great, reminiscent of the little spots we have here in the Chicago area. One thing I will say is get there early!! As we learned, getting there mid-morning, not only will you wait a bit for your food, it will be hard to get seating. Outside of that, this is definitely the type of vibe, food, and atmosphere I enjoy, and I will absolutely come here for breakfast when we come back to Niagara Falls.Food.....A+Price.....ACustomer service....AAmbiance.....A+
Great place for breakfast/coffee. Nice atmosphere, good food. Service was quick despite the long line.
Came to New York for a weekend trip and this is the only place in town thay served us a great cup of coffee and good food! Highly recommend making this your breakfast choice when visiting the area
Great food great ambiance and great service. Give that one guy with glasses and an orange and black tie die shirt a raise
Omg 😆🥰☺️ this place definitely do what the name says, make the food hit the SPOT‼️ My wife and I were in Niagara Falls for our 4 year anniversary this past July and we wanted breakfast. I’m usually the one who finds the places and see which do she agree with. This particular morning I ran across the SPoT, read some reviews, looked at pictures, and kinda peep the menu. Based on those things, I wanted to go, especially since I seen a picture of Marilyn Monroe as decor inside there 🤣🤣and I just lovvvveeeee her. Anyway, we went in the rain 😂😂I ordered a western omelet add bacon with hot chocolate topped with whipped cream and a cinnamon raisin bagel with original cream cheese and my wife ordered the mike sandwich with coffee.Y’all my food was like having a mind orgasm after your significant other done whispered sweet nothings in your ear only you would understand. Idk what the cook did that morning but Jesus himself blessed his hands when he made my food. I was overly pleased. It’s located in a nice spot (across from the falls) it’s beautiful inside and out, I think there’s a live band in there. There’s tables outside with umbrellas for nice hot sunny days. The ambiance was just 😌😌😌😌Gosh, I can’t remember the cashier name who took our ordered but he was very nice and pleasant and complimented my cheetah print outfit ☺️ that I was subconscious about. We will definitely be coming back because this is now my favorite spot 😍
I cant rate the food bc we never got to eat it. Arrived to find a line approximately 30-40 min long. So, we went online to see if we could order for pick up. Found the website and started the order. Got alllll the way to the end before it tells is that online ordering isnt available right then. So, we got back in the line. Waited 35 min to get to the counter to order, only to hear the girl tell the patron in front of us that the wait time for food would be about 35 min. When I asked her to verify that I heard correctly, she confirmed. Her coworker said it wouldnt be that long, only like 20-25 min. Mind you, this is a breakfast cafe. None of the food takes more than 11-12 min to make anyway, and thats pushing it. (And while we waited that 35 min in line, we saw at least 6 people arrive for their online order pick up. So, idk what the deal was w that, but I tried 3 times without success.)We abandoned ship and got a meal at the Inn down the street. Took the same amount of time to get a sit down restaurant meal. All Im saying is, if your line is 30-40 min and your food takes 25-35 min once ordered, maybe the business model isnt working.
Friendly staff, the food was good, coffee was good, place was clean, restroom was clean too. Fast service.
Raspberry croissant was amazing like I had 2 amazing . Great coffee and perfect location close to all the Falls attractions and hotels
Fresh and delicious! The staff is so warm and helpful! Great for breakfast if youre staying around!
Very good coffee. Service was great.
