I ordered two Frappuccinos - one white chocolate and one vanilla. Delicious. The drive through line was long, so I went inside. Ordering was super quick especially since I used the Starbucks app. I used points for one drink, so it was free! The other I used a gift card that is attached to the app. Usually I just pre-order through the app, but my son was with me and wasnt sure what he wanted. As always, Starbucks is consistent with their products! Great place to stop!

It was my very first time having Starbucks. The girl was friendly as could be and she gave me my first ever drink for FREE ! I told her to make me whatever. It is amazing !!!

I got a cold brew and the cream was a little lumpy because it wasnt stirred which made me a little nervous that it was bad (it wasnt it was fine im just paranoid because I have anxiety) The guy saw i was nervous and immediately made me a new drink and used a new cream jug for my drink. I wish i knew his name to thank him directly but i cant thank them enough for going out of their way to help people especially when its busy and in a pandemic i appreciate you!

Another busy location, but like so many other Starbuck locations. I encourage you to download the app, and order ahead of time. This app allows you to accumulate points, so you can redeem for free food items or special add ons to your coffee. This location has a dining area, but I am not sure if this area is open to the public. I only come here using the drive thru window.

This Starbucks is amazing!! I have an incredible customized Frappuccinohl- barista style! They listened to how I wanted my Frappuccino and I truly appreciate it! My drink isnt cheap almost $11 so I appreciate the listening and not ignoring! Best SB baristas in Niagara falls! Thank you!

Staff in here are always so friendly. Mainly use the drive-thru but always Pleasant and not a very long wait

Consistent and quick service! Id personally recommend any of the cold brew selections. Irish cream and salted foam are my favorites. Also, use the mobile app to order. Youll get your rewards points towards free drinks in the future and your order is ready when you get there go avoid any line. I usually put my order in about 10 minutes before Ill be at the store.

Sometimes there are long lines due to co-vid but the baristas are nice and rarely make mistakes on your orders. Best coffee around .

I dont know whats going on with this Starbucks, but its never open when I want it to be. I understand supply shortages right now, but all I wanted was a cup of coffee this morning before work and I could not get one. Starbucks is the only coffee I will drink in the area so this was very disappointing. The staff is great, the drinks are great. Im giving it one star because Im tired of the game being played with their hours. Some days, all you want is a cup of coffee to get through the day. You owe me a cup of coffee.

I would give no stars if i could. Waited in line for 20 mins to get the new funnel cake drink. When i get to the window i was asked over and over to take a drink that i did not order. And when i finally refused for the 4th time i was given a terrible attitude. Then i waited 5 more mins amd when i finally got home and tried my drink they had poured the original wrong drink in a different cup. Seriously how dare they. What is wrong with people. I will never go there again. .

Their coffee, alternative drinks and food selections are very good. Service is friendly and the shop always seem busy.My only criticism is that the drive-thru seems to attract the lowest common denominator customers. I work and work out at the neighboring LA Fitness. Starbucks customers block parking spaces and the lots entrance/exit.

I go in to buy cup take it to the register only to have the staff take it from and state oh these arent for sale, I put them out by mistake....mind you they had a price tag on them so they obviously couldve been sold. That was the craziest thing ever!

I love Starbucks coffee, but this location has multiple times gave me regular milk instead of soy; even when I ask them, they tell me its soy (and it usually isnt). This is a major health concern to me and I cant be playing roulette every time I get coffee.

This location is always as efficient as they can be. The staff is always friendly. A little on the pricey side but, well worth it for their beverages.

I really wanted to enjoy my trips here. The food and coffee has always been good, but the service, not so much. I tried using the order ahead option on the app, and the first time I used it, they lost my order and had to recreate it at the pickup window. Im trying to limit contact with money during the pandemic, so I gave it a second chance. They totally forgot about me at the drive through window, and asked me to pay when I pulled up. Then when they found my order and handed it to me, it was missing a cookie. At this point, I go inside the store since the drive through line is super long. When I tell the person behind the counter I just picked up an order but was missing a cookie, he responded with Were out, thats what the sign is for They did give me another item to replace the cookie, but I was blown away by the lack of good customer service. I wont be back to this location.

They do not wear hair nets!! Every worker I had seen in the building making food and drinks had long hair without hair nets, how does that pass health code?!

Loved my iced caramel macchiato.

Service was quick. But I was just a little disappointed with the whipped cream on top of the Ultra Carmel frappe I ordered. I prefer regular but received the brown coffee mixed version. Other than that, it was a good experience. The staff were polite and professional. Ill go again.

Its Starbucks but has a small town cafe feeling, they remember your name, and not just when they ask you for your order name; give warm greetings and sometimes those smiles are enough to make your bad day in terrible traffic seem to disappear. Location wise, the area can be a bit busy and it can be hard to get in and out of the lot. Love love love this location. Staff are friendly, personable - they keep the line moving but hold conversation with you when your at the window. Ive never had any problems here, drinks have always been correct for me.

Great, knowledgeable, personable, patient staff! Good variety of items (no Bistro Boxes, though.) and skillful baristas. I saw them remember the VERY specific drink one of their regulars ordered. Lots of mugs and gift ideas too.

This place, at the time was exactly what the doctor ordered. We looked and felt like hell after being in a traffic jam for 4.5 hours. The staff went WAY out of their way to make us comfortable and do whatever they could for us, especially late at night. Kudos to them!

Probably the 2nd time Ive reviewed this place but its my favorite location in New York. Im originally from the west coast and the people and atmosphere out there are so much friendlier than New York, but every employee at this location is phenomenal. They always compliment my bright hair and have the biggest smiles, night and day. The drive through employees are just amazing and my drinks are always made right. Wish I remembered names aside from Anthony, cause he was pretty cool! But there was a younger gentleman who was working night shifts that was so funny and upbeat and the older lady who seems to work middays has the best personality and shes so bubbly and loves interacting with my son whenever I see her. Couldnt recommend any other place more than this location.

Tiny coffee shop with big flavors. They dont have many tables so if its busy you might not have a place to sit down, but their drinks and sandwiches make it worth the visit.

Located in the Sheraton, service has always been pleasent. Ive seen cops getting drinks here so it cant be that bad. They should know where to get a cup of coffee.

I love Starbucks and never have any problems with any of the locations. However, the app is being ridiculously stupid and isnt working properly. Ive uninstalled it and reinstalled it numerous times and it still wont work. This is a first for me so hopefully itll be fixed soon

Fast and convenient. Much better prices than the Starbucks near the falls. If you have a few minutes, drive here for your morning coffee.

They have nice selection of read for people who dont drink coffee. There selection of bake goods is delicious as well as there sandwiches.
