Was able to get the rest of the family vaccinated without any issue.

I’ve been a CVS customer for almost 20 years but I just had the worst experience at this cvs today. I obviously was out of town looking to fill my prescription and the lady at the counter (short hair, brunette, older, short and slim Caucasian female) was AWFUL. Patricia was on her phone while I approached the counter and then proceeded to tell me that my medication was on prescriber request even though my CVS pharmacy in NJ said it was ok in the system to transfer as it was just sent electronically by my prescriber yesterday. She made me call my NJ pharmacy several times for about 20mins and kept running me around with a smirk on her face. It was definitely a terrible experience. Thankfully she was pulled away from the counter by another customer for something and the pharmacist was able to assist me. I literally got my medications in less than 5 minutes.

They dont know what they are doing in that place!!!

I’ve been using this pharmacy for years. after the recent switch from pine pharmacy to cvs i have noticed several employees (mainly joni lisa and will) being nasty and not adjusting well to the change. horrible phone attitudes and rude comments made to coustmers as well as their coworkers. all the being said patti craig and kristen have held onto and continued their amazing coustmer service. always so kind and helpful. i think that something should be donr about this because it’s not only rude but also extremely unprofessional.

Im happy with the service & customer taken care of by name & friendly attitudes . Sometimes I dont like the long wait or the fact that some of my medications arent there when they have texted me to say they were ready

We switched to this pharmacy due to changes in our insurance, and have had several issues. Pretty disappointing overall...
