Good selection of products. Very very busy location. They did a good job at keeping lines flowing but the line extended to the back of the store for checkout. No room for social distancing.

If you have big family and you need to buy a lot of item is good. This place look like big warehouse with electric for household use and frozen food, vitamins, a little bit brand name clothes on sale. The price of products are normal not that cheap. Saturday and Sunday is super busy. I will never go back again.

Love this store they sell a vitamin drink, found in with other Vitamins, that really works.(I recommend you add a spoonful of dry Carnation chocolate drink mix to it, flavour is a little under but that makes it perfect, and use a stick blender to mix it.) It really has all you need for your day, read the label. Probiotics and protein too) I have Pancreatic Cancer and use it.

Best time to shop is after 7pm. That long return line wait is cut 75% down after 7pm and they have the friendliest return counter staff in the evenings. Overall my favorite Costco in the GTA.

Very fresh food with fair prices. Long lines eventhough every till is open. Felt very rushed at checkout because of the pressure the staff is under to keep up. As a old guy I will try a different time for a more relaxed expérience.

Me and my family got vaccinated here ar costco by appointment and walk-in. The Asian doctor is super nice, he gave my sister a chance to get her first dose Pfizer without an appointment online because he gave her a fill-up form in order to get vaccinated and his very gentle and patient

This Costco is a great replacement of the St Catharines Costco. It is bigger, brighter, and has more stuff than previous one. I am very pleased to see the same great staff though.Update Jan 2021: My experience with this Costco has been consistently great after about 10 visits. The only problem I face is that my cellphone signals drop to zero in the store. I dont know why, but it cuts me off from my family who cannot shop with me due to lockdown but I occasionally need their opinion on phone.

This costco is going to make me broke. The amount of stuff and variety that they have at this location is amazing. The store is setup well but it will take some getting used to as the back section is setup different than what Im used to. I am very pleased with the new store.

I believe the staff who make the ice cream sundaes need to take a refresher course in how to make them. The last two times we have gotten hot Fudge chocolate, there must have been 1 tablespoon of chocolate placed on top. Seriously...that is not a sundae, and not worth the money !!!!

Busy but fantastic customer service. One lady noticed my eggs were broken and ran to grab me a different package. No fuss when asking for a credit after coupon didnt get scanned during the previous visit. The pharmacist personally called to find my lost prescription, and even remembered my face & name.Good prices, I always stock up when there are sales!

We love having costco closer to home now. makes shopping with little kids easy. best bonus is the gas station.

This is my first time in the Niagara Costco store. It was okay. Typical Costco. While I know Costcos inventory changes they were missing quite a few favourite items. No Jelly Bellys, no Kerrs caramels, they were out of mild italian sausage etc.

So happy Costco came to Niagara falls. Although its the same distance for me, I love the gas bar on-site

I personally just dont get the concept I guess, even with a membership Ive been twice this year and bought maybe 4 things. I do use their gas station. They have a cheap food court . Ive heard their eye glasses section is great . Just not the store for me . Crowded and I dont find it that cheap.

This Costco location is the worst. The parking lot is brutal, narrow and stretched out. The store is not well organized. Today there were clothes dryers in the bread section. The pharmacy has terrible customer service. I stood in line for a half hour and was told they had no record of me or my prescriptions. The pharmacy is understaffed. There are always long lines, with only one counter service person. The optical dept is closed off and if they let you in, you are discouraged from touching any of the frames because they cant be bothered to sanitize them. In general, I find that even though the store is supposed to be larger, there is less housewares, and the layout is disorganized. I would give this location zero stars if I could.

Just went to get gas. Lineup went quick as they have a lot of associates directing traffic. Great price compared to other gas stations.

The automotive centre is terrible to try to get through!I booked an appointment in person and when I got home I realized that time didn’t work out for me. I have been trying to call them for the last 3 days and they NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. I may just be a no show for my appointment. Very unhappy with this stores automotive department. Never ever did I have this problem when they were located in the St. Catharines store.

Always good for bulk buying. Unfortunately they reorganize their products which are on sale hard to find where they are now and what products are in the vacant spot have to go look got me walking around the store too many times

We bought a bunch of freezer snackies and I loudly exclaimed well, there goes our freezer space. and another married dude near me laughed and said I hear that! Which was nice. I came for the giant pack of pizzas but stay for the community aspects.

Fast in and out, cashout lines always move quickly, staff is always super helpful!

Its a zoo. What gets me is the faux samples sample tables. Cmon. Just pre package your samples and give them out.

Not only did I get quite a few looks of suprise while shopping but the cashier was shocked and impressed at my packing skills. Unfortunately they couldnt get it all back in one cart. But a friendly associate helped me push the second cart to my vehicle. Employees at the St. Catharines location are friendly, quick and very helpful. I always enjoy my trip to Costco. See you again in approx 4 months.

Beautiful facility. Well kept. Clean. Generally all staff are nice but the first staff member I encountered was very rude and grumpy man. Other than that unpleasant experience. It is very nice, organized and cleaner than most Costco locations I have been.

Very nice location with many amenities. There is a large parking lot and lots of convenient stores nearby. The Costco has a gas station, pharmacy, optical, and tire area among other things.

Good for wholesale. Not so much for families. Great fast service even at propane

Costco is always great at stealing all my money! Lol. Heads up, they no longer do flat rate propane tank refill so dont wait in line to buy that. Fill first, then you get a chit, go in to pay, then they give you your tank.

This Costco has been one of the most organized and clean ones I have visited. The parking was organised by an officer and I was able to find parking the easiest I ever have at a Costco.The staff were exceedingly friendly and courteous.The meals were prepared with the same consistent Costco process.In short, if you need a Costco this one gets my recommendation.

The person behind the food counter needs a vacation. My simple order of fries was made with too much stress and restlessness. And the person didnt even want the customers to speak. Before I could even begin my sentence to ask for a packet of pepper, he raised his finger while looking down, and then just angrily looked at me after 10 seconds with that what do you want look. This was my only interaction with this person.

Worth the visit. I was able to buy a wireless vacuum cleaner and an oscillating fan with remote for cheap price. Love it!!!

Shopping same as always, but Im not sure if they are short staffed in the kitchen. Ordered food and they were sold out of chicken fingers, got poutine and wings. Poutine: way undercooked fries, ice cold temps, wings:rock hard and crazy greasy, pop:flat. Wasnt offered forks or lids for our drinks. Staff seemed extremely stressed and frustrated. Positive note...the seagulls outside enjoys the 22 dollars work of food.

Costco is Costco. Busy. Good selection of merchandise. Reasonable prices. Covid-19 protocols could be more strictly enforced ... but what are you going to do when Ford allows so many customers in a big box store and half of the people shopping are resistant to following the rules. Employees are doing their best in a no-win situation.

There were some real great deals and the store was not overcrowded. Checkout was fast.

Its your typical costco, lines move quick, never see anything out of stock and food court has cool touch screen ordering.

Costco has the most generous return policy as far as I know. I am a regular costco customer however seems like recently something has changed in Niagara falls Costco. Return associates need to be (re) trained on how to treat the (loyal) customers. I feel like costco is not screening its new employees as they look to be so rude to the customers. Specially on afternoon shift. Apparanetly they follow their own policy . Ask you plenty of questions on why you are bringing the stuff back even though they havent even been unpacked or not expired yet.. please stop and be a real costco employee. Questions like cuz you bought this a year ago we cant take it back while it still has one more year to expire (skin cream). Please be more responsible and respectful..

Just got my membership today. Staff is friendly and helpful, store is clean and organized. Shelves are well stocked and prices are very good! Selection is really good too. Cashier was a little on the unfriendly side but I think it was a very busy morning.

The line up was to the other side of the building but we were in within 10 minutes. Lots of selection and stock. I would give five stars if the parking lot and roads into and out of it had road markings. It would seem that not too many people knows who has right of way. Accidents waiting to happen!

I was at cosco niagara falls for my instacart shopping today. Experience was worst.I will never pick cosco order for my instacart order. None of cosco employee help me to find my product. Even some of them do not look at me. Do not get proper answer of my question. They just keep doing their work. Look like ignorig to me. Customer service was really bad. Wrost thing was network issue. That really sucks. I lost my cell phone network very frequently. Worst experience ever.

Ive only had good experiences with this Costco location. Due to covid I believe some things I was looking for were shorted but its like that everywhere.The check out staff have been lovely and in good spirits which is good to see!

Costco gets only 4 stars because I specifically went there to check out the eyeglass frames. I did not bring my prescription with me as I have just been pricing different opticians frames. They would not allow me to even look at frames without having a prescription to show them. Regardless, I was able to accomplish some other shopping while I was there so it wasnt a complete waste of time.

Love the place for grocery but terrible customer service. Not that I’m looking for it, but being someone of colour I can feel every time I go I feel unwelcomed. I keep tabs of time I felt good by shopping but in my 6 months of membership I did not have a single good experience to tell. It’s not the staff who is rude, but there is always judgement, even from shoppers like I have done something really bad and I’m international criminal all can see even with my mask on 😅. All I say is I keep giving Costco a chance everytime I visit and get disappointed.

Was a member of the one in St Catharines. First time in this one since Covid. Its your typical Costco, go in for a couple things and leave with a cart full of stuff. Dont grab a cart if you only going for a couple things

Very big and bright it is a bit hard to find things sometimes but thats not a big deal to me really. The staff are always so friendly and more than happy to help. I would definitely shop here more often.

I have the executive membership for 10 years. I can buy everything from there...Love the quality of the products and perfect variaty. Im missing the photo Center. High quality print and the cheapest passport pictures in the country. I Strongly recommend it.

Was standing at the cash register at the food court for 15 mins before I was noticed.Then I was refused service because I couldn’t use the self checkout.It’s like Costco hired people to do the bare minimum of customer service.Everyone making the food scattering around in a panic over 3 orders (hot dogs you just pull out of water)Union workers at their finestI will not be renewing my membership until the customer service gets better

Kinda bounced back and forth between 4 and 5 starts then opted for 5 because the only problem I have is with how rude Ive seen other customers get.As for Costco itself there are always line ups, however, they move quick. Staff are friendly and quick to help if you ask (no salespeople hovering and asking you again and again if you need help). The store is clean and well organized which makes it easy to find what you are looking for. And my favorite part, I am always greeted with a smile, I thank them for that.

By costco standard this place not so great. Both selection and quality are sub par. And people working here think theyre better than their customers. This one guy named Forrest giving lecture about putting a bar before you start. And I told him I always put a bar at the end of my stuff, and thats what people are supposed to do, so cashier knows when to stop. Its just a nice thing to do, like when you drive through Starbucks, sometimes you say ill pay for the person behind me, we never say the guy before me should pay for my bill. This cashier never apologized.

Every time I go in there I get grief by an employee. On one hand I can respect and appreciate that the staff are all uniformed in their pandemic training. Safety for sure is important and I support that. But why do I always end up feeling like Im treated like some delinquent juvenile when I go in here. One time I took my mask off to take a sip of water and was told I wasnt allowed to drink. I breastfeed so I get thirsty really quick and must drink to keep my supply up. Its not just the requests its the dirty looks. I got pointed at when I took my mask off to blow my noise from allergies. Seriously? Another time I was literally yelled at for taking my mask off to kiss my baby. All this is by employees and customers nearby felt sorry for me and defended me. I was in tears for this last time. My baby was feeling sad and I couldnt console her with a mask on, it was freaking her out, she relies on seeing my smile to be comforted. Shes just an infant that needs her single mom for TWO seconds. I dont want to return here because of the way I am treated. Life is already so hard without feeling harassed.

On April 24th after employees in Costco discriminated against me for being medically exempt, I used to be able to at least go in with a face shield on but then NOPE you have to have mask on or have someone else shop for you. Guess what, Ive taken all my business elsewhere & am healthier for it.

I an upgrade from a new store and it feels like a downgrade, mostly because of the selection in cakes. Regarding covid, they could be doing a better job to avoid people accumulating in certain sections. Nobody respects the signs and no one cares. It would be nice to purchase in store what they have online or at least not have to pay for the shipping. I do enjoy buying there and finding new things that they dont have elsewhere.

Easy access and use of with e everything you need

The long line up outside was not too bad, about 25 mins to get in. People around us were in good spirits. Inside the store was also very good with people adhering to the social distancing policies. The BEST PART WAS LACK OF LONG LINE UPS AT THE CASHIERS! Those ladies were very quick, effiencent and polite. I actually enjoyed my shopping trip this time...........

The COVID protocol is pretty strict outside, though it’s slightly alarming how many people are allowed indoors. Also slightly bummed that they don’t carry energy drinks here. Cashiers are fast and efficient though! Makes the lines move pretty quick.
