Went with my in-laws to the falls 7/26/21, and my diabetic father-in-law was having a medical emergency and needed some sugar. Went into this place for a coke and was promptly told by a young-Ish looking employee with a beard and glasses that they were closed, even though there were people inside the store browsing. I told him that my father-in-law was diabetic and needed a drink, and was told by the same person that they don’t have bathrooms and we need to leave. Again I explained the situation, and he again told me they were closed and we had to leave. This was the only store on the block that was open and this employee handled the situation in the worst way possible. I understand you are miserable and want to go home, but when someone is having an emergency shouldn’t it be common sense to help? I left in a rage and my wife had to go in to get the drink, and she was told to “hurry up”. 0/10 would go back, avoid if possible.
