Very disappointed with the owner of Match-Ups. My Spouse and I have been good customers in prior years of this store and have spent a lot of money at this store. Thanks to the current global situation and the resulting response by the Federal and Provincial levels of government in Canada, to combat the COVID-19 pandemic that has occurred globally, to have all nonessential businesses on lockdown and not opening for business. My Spouse and I, sadly, have recently experienced homelessness in Niagara Falls and ended up sleeping on the street for a couple of months. I am disabled and in a wheelchair and the weather has not been cooperative at all by staying sunny, warm and dry for camping, so we took cover in front of the Match-Ups Store since it is in a recessed alcove that would protect us from the weather. We tried to clean up his area and even remove graffiti left by some miscreants. The store owner proceeded to call the property owners and the Police to have us moved on from the area stating that we were interfering with his Sales Traffic. His store is CLOSED not LEGALLY allowed to be open nor operating as an essential business. We had no issues from any of the other businesses nor property owners as they have all come to know us and understood that we were not homeless due to the use of drugs nor behaviour but due to the unsavoury business practices of the 7Nights Stay Motel located on Kitchener Avenue in the falls, we had the ill-fated luck of experiencing their bedbugs and bathtubs that exploded feces from their drains. If it hadnt been for the unfeeling and rude attitude and approach to requesting our relocation during this time we would be writing a whole different review for this uncaring store owner and his business. I would not patronise his business if interested in supporting local businesses as he obviously doesnt support his community in the same way.

Best place in Ontario for cheap subglasset

Great store, we hit there every time we go to Niagara. The owner is a great guy, very warm and friendly.

Wonderful store with beautiful ornaments and trinkets. I bought a beautiful Blue Dragon at a great price from here. The owner is a very sweet man. I plan on going there the next time I visit the Falls.
