Customer service refused to do a price match on a product sold at Canadian Tire in Barrie because they said it was outside the 200km price match radius. Google Maps says the 2 stores are 201km apart. The radius (which is a straight line) would obviously be within 200km but I had no way to calculate that. Much training is needed at their customer service desk. If you have to go to any Canadian Tire, go to a different store if you want cheaper prices and better customer service.

This Canadian Tire is pet friendly. In addition the store has a Petco located within! The store is very clear, floors are not cluttered and are swept to keep your little fur buddies paws clean. Not all Canadian Tires are the same, Niagara Falls Canadian Tire is one of the good ones. #DogstableAbbey Approved

This store is Beautiful, Huge and Modern. The store is well laid out with nice displays. Everything about this store is appealing. They have an excellent selection of products and good prices. The location is great and the employees are friendly. I really enjoy this store.

This is the best Canadian Tire store I have seen. It is very open and well lit. You can always find sale items. There is huge selection of everything you see in other locations and more. There is a garden centre open in the summer. Staff is always friendly.

One of the more modern Canadian Tire I have been to. Went here two separate times. The curbside pickup here was very convenient. Also needed swimming goggles for my son for our trip to Niagara Falls. I went online and the website had the isle number where they were located, which I found very convenient as well

This is by far the best Canadian tire store I have visited.This store is brand new. Its clean and well organized.There are no pallet of stock waiting to be placed as we see in other stores.All the shelves were organized and well merchandised.I loved the experience and all other branches should take them as an example.

Store Nicely redone and everyone we encountered very nice. Unfortunately still the old mentality. To buy a few bags of pebble stone I had to locate them myself in the open parking lot, and then go inside to find a cashier to pay for it. I thought now I can simply come out to grab them myself. No you have to wait for a staff member to get them for you. As if anyone’s gonna steal them. If anyone is, they wouldn’t come inside and volunteer to pay in the first place. If you really treasure them so much, keep a guy there so your customers don’t have to run around to figure it out on their own.

Our car needed attention while we were visiting Niagara Falls. The service department, in particular Ron took great care in getting our car diagnosed and repaired in a couple of hours. He even gave us a ride back to our hotel. Thanks we really appreciated the quick and friendly service!

Staff is helpful for finding products and checking prices. The line normally goes pretty fast which is nice even though it can get lengthy. Theres everything youd possibly think of here. I think they also have a bathroom in the auto section. Overall great experiences so far.

I will literally go here once a week just to look at their discount racks.Clean layout, easy to locate most items, staff are friendly - except the mastercard sales person who is overly friendly and pounces on you like a cat (have yours ready and just flash them...... with the card, nothing else :|).

This Canadian tire went above and beyond to help me today. The staff are so nice and used quick, outside of the box thinking to help me leave a happy customer.

Canadian Tire is one of those places thats a mixed bag. Some Staff is useful, and others not so much. If youre going in, you are better off checking stock online first. Items are of varying quality and some prices are out there, unfortunately that comes with having a Building and Staff to Pay for.TLDR; Its a typical Retail Store, nothing too exciting

When I went through the checkout there was an odd situation. The debit machine told me to swipe my debit card which I knew wasnt right. Then the cashier says to me your card is restricted and it wants me to take your card. So I told her this is my card and I can prove it via my ID. There was no reason for this to occur as my card worked perfectly everywhere else. We tried it again and it worked fine. I asked the store management to look at her machine which was at check out#10@7190 Morrison St in Niagara Falls but they say theres nothing wrong with the machine, it just glitches some times. Im concerned that this debit machine may have been tampered with.

Hard to find specific things. I felt a little lost. Fuel for instance is in 3 different places. Butane, citronella oil and charcoal all in different aisles. Great products though

Was being obviously tracked by LP around the store with my brother this visit. VERY OBVIOUS!!! Maybe because last visit alone, I was told to leave my backpack at the front desk on entry (wow ok 1st time ever in a Canadian tire store!)…But this time they didn’t say a word for either of us entering. Also a couple instances we were being generalized together as in, “you guys“. For example when I made an inquiry at the cashier walking up alone.On the positive side it’s a brand new beautiful big store…that does need bike rack to lock up bikes. I really hate having to lock up a bike to a flower pot stand or a parking lot sign in front of the store.

This particular Canadian was the best store I have ever seen. Kudos to the team that put this CT on the map. The video of the falls at check out was really cool.

I do not live in the area and I dont shop here often. I also do not write reviews often but I received such wonderful service I had to give recognition where its due. I bought a wakeboard at your facility. The cashier I went through, Sydney, was the nicest most sweetest cashier Ive ever been to in the retail industry. She first was very thorough with her cleaning to make sure my experience was a safe one. Then she greeted me so kindly, asking about my day. She was very considerate and patient when I wasnt sure whether or not to get a Canadian Tire card. She went above and beyond my expectations. I will definitely shop here again when I am in the area and I hope I get the young girl Sydney again!

In September I paid for a tire alignment and the car ran into a problem. Outside of that they left me the bent rudder. Canadian tire customer and technical service is very bad.

Wow! This must be the model store for Canadian Tire, as ours are not this big or nice back home! The lady that helped us with vaccums scanned each vaccum and verified the features and benefits and assured us our choice was great. At the check out, the clerk asked for my phone number to ensure I didnt miss out on my Canadian tire points! What an amazing experience all around. Visiting and I was truly delighted by everything!

Placed an online order and received a confirmation email that it’s was ready for pickup. Arrived at the store at 8:01 not realizing they closed at 8, my fault should of payed attention but as I pulled in to the pickup spots to pick up my order there were 3 employees standing out front not more then 5 feet from my car you would think one of them would have the common sense to say “ hey sorry we are closed “ oh ok no problem I can come back tomorrow. No they all walked right inside and locked the door in my face, thanks for the great customer service Canadian tire AWESOME!

I wish we had this chain in the US. It reminds me of Bed, Bath & Beyond, and Walmart, but so much better. You can find just about everything you need for the home, auto and outdoors.

This is the prettiest Canadian Tire I have ever been to. It is unlike any other location I have gone to in that it is well-designed, clean, and carries so many items.They even have a display area for vacuums instead of just a bunch of vacuums on a shelf. There is a space for everything with amble display area for almost everything.

Why they decided to get rid of the two stores in Niagara Falls Ontario and just have one big one in the middle of town makes no sense. Plus they are moving away from being the hardware store they use to be. Not sure why. But I do most of my shopping at Lowes now as they are closer the the new ctc store.

I have 2 personal keys that were attached to my car keys and it was missing when they gave the car keys back. So be careful.The inspection was quick.

Showed up at 8:30 and asked a staff member where can I get play sand. He said to go to cash and an associate will ring me out and I drive thru the drive area to pick up. I go to cash out at exactly 8:43 and am told the outdoor area is closed.If I was told they were closed from the first staff member I would’ve gladly gone next door to Home Depot but given mixed instructions and having it close 17 minutes early shouldn’t be store policy.

Beautiful store but no assistance in the isles. But what a beautiful store. I couldnt believe it. If you plan on visiting the falls, you should make a detour to the store.

So last week my husband and I ordered some ratchet straps and 2 folding lawn chairs. Nothing too complicated. The site said they were all in stock so we figured it would be quick and simple.We got the email the next day saying our order is ready. But it actually wasnt because no one bothered to call us and tell us that half our order wasnt fulfilled. Called and spoke to someone regarding the issue. They said theyd have someone else call back...A week later after another 6 phonecalls like this between myself and my husband we finally get a chair similar to the one we needed. Yes, needed, as we are moving across the country shortly and will have no other furniture with us so a folding chair with a side table is important to have for eating and such...Now, once I got there I had to call the store since you dont get the curbside check-in email for over the phone orders - as this had to be done due to the cluster that our online order had become. After SIX calls to the store and being pushed through to their answering machine six times I had to drive up to the door, get out of my vehicle and walk to the door to get some help.The good news is the chairs are comfortable... The saving grace for this review is that Canadian Tire still offers quality products. And for all those doing some shopping, #076-5546-2 isnt actually in stock so look elsewhere even though the site still says they currently have stock.

I did pick up on Niagara Location.. they gave me wrong product TWICE. I looked at basket Im like this is back basket not front. I see the basket is correct after waiting 10 minutes. Only to find out when I come home they gave me completely wrong item TWICE. Waited hours for pick up. To wait 15 minutes for them to give me items and another 10 minutes to correct it only for it to be completely wrong again. Come on I purchased one simple item. You are supposed to read titles and look. Clearly, they need to show images of products for pick up. The bike holder look completely different didnt see it until I open the package displaying name covered up at the bottom.. Really annoyed. This product isnt showing at canadian tire website either.

Went in Wednesday night, and was really not impressed. Asked about there Nordic Winters Tires, the gentleman working at the counter basically felt like he was completely not listening to me. Went to use a bathroom, a complete mess,I spoke to a manager, he said oh yeah that bathroom well I guees else will have to shut it down.* they new it is a mess but didnt bother to clean it. Another employee didnt even have the curiosity to listen to me and kept telling me to push the button to get out. So I called and spoke to a lad, approximately 8:15, she told me I dont realy care, and hung up one, yup.rude again Canadian Tire.

Very pathetic customer service. Very rude Manager. I came all the way from Ajax for pickup after recieving order is ready email. I even confirmed on phone call before i came because i had to come from so far and they said yes order is ready. When i went to store they said you already picked it up. How can they give my order to someone else without seeing email or pin number. And item is not in stock so I had to come back without my order. Worst ever experience at any Canadian tire store.

Today I went to the Canadian Tire in Niagara Falls near Home Depot. What a spacious store in comparison to other Canadian Tires. I didnt get to go through the whole store. But I did go down sections that I like to shop in. What I noticed was everything was displayed spaciously. I find in a lot of stores everything is cramped and it is hard to focus in on a product. I did take a look at items for the garden during the winter, example bird houses and feeders and there was a very nice selection. I know its not the time of the year to be feeding hummingbirds around here but they do have some very nice glass hummingbird feeders. That would make a good gift for those friends that enjoy the outdoors in their Gardens. Everything you would expect in the new store.

This store.This store has to be the most aesthetically pleasing store of any kind Ive ever been in. The fact that you can see every section clearly marked as soon as you walk in is the way every store should be laid out, everything was fully stocked. The lighting was perfect, not too bright and not too dark.Staff was up beat and friendly which blew my mind in a good way. Every Canadian tire Ive ever been in makes me feel like the management beats the staff theyre so depressed. This one was not that way at all.Ive made it a point to never go to one of these stores but this one is an exception, and I would highly recommend checking it out

Went in to Morrison Street store earlier today, as things go stud doesn’t work when you take it out for the season, garage gnomes I suppose, however; went looking for a two floodlight fixtures for the outside of the house and unsurprisingly it appeared as though they were entirely sold out. We weren’t the only ones looking forward these, unsurprisingly, we ended up in aisle 10 looking and, there too, they were sold out. We encountered Tom, a store associate, who patiently addressed two parties’ search for flood light fixtures, he scanned the item tags, checked with the storage person and determined there were 4 in the store. He did mention that they were likely in customer buggies yet to checkout. That made sense, was a little disappointing, but understandable.So we moved on to automotive to look for a bike carrier as a Christmas gift and as we were looking over the boxes on the shelf Tom arrived with two packages of flood light fixtures. He stayed with it, found two fixtures in the store in what he described as “ another area,” found us in what was clearly “another area” of the store and brought the fixtures to us.This was most definitely the type of customer service of which you can be proud and he type of associate that makes a difference, a positive difference. Shopping is no longer as enjoyable as it once was, everyone is just a little more on edge, a little more on guard and a little less charitable. I mention this since it doesn’t take much to make a big difference, things are going to okay if we have this kind of thoughtfulness and consecration for each other.So to Tom, thanks.....!!! Let’s hope this type of thoughtfulness become much more contagious and can spread faster than COVID-19, that would be wonderful. Very Poor customer service experience. I went for curb side delivery along with my cousin. My two sisters me and my cousin ordered four swimming pools from different accounts one for each family. We received cancelation for two pools. An enquiry was made over the phone about cancelation and we were told that order is canceled due to unavailability of pools in inventory due to system glitch website is showing wrong numbers for available stock. When we reached around 7PM all the way from Mississauga. A person took our orders details and then a person around 60 years age Ray cote claimed he is store manager spoke with us that one pool is picked up around 1.20 PM today. We received message during conversation about cancelation of one swimming pool.. We never packed up any pool our card is charge .Ray store manager behavior was vey bad he said you should import pool from your country he also passed some racist comments.Contacted with Canadian tire 4 days ago on given number I was told you will be contacted. No one contacted me and did not get refund for illegally charged amont $339 on my credit card.

Really large store with an impressive product line. Staff are very helpful when you ask questions and guide you to the area or product youre looking for. Boris who oversees the car repair part the operation is excellent in meeting your needs - a true credit to the store.

If I could give Ron and the Auto svc dept more stars, I would. My wife and I got a flat at 4pm on a Saturday traveling from Hamilton. After looking desperately for a svc center the only place that was available (until 5 at least) and within a reasonable distance was this Canadian Tire. Ron stayed late to accept my car and had the tire replaced with the safest and most economical option by noon the next day.Ron, you turned a nightmare into a cheerful anecdote and for saving me and my wifes first year wedding anniversary, thank you from both of us !!Truly first class emergency service !!! Keep up the fantastic work :D

Wow! By far the nicest Canadian Tire Ive ever been in! Though I feel really bad for the people working at the checkouts. So many customers dont understand that the people that work there have to clean the conveyor belt between customers and I saw some people get mad that the checkouts were taking too long.They werent but jeez people, give them a break. Hopefully people smarten up during this lockdown.
