The customer service is excellent. The staff is knowledgeable. The prices are average to above average. The availability of products and product brands are excellent as well.

Ive been going to this store for a little over 6yrs. I went in today with a general question about my lawn mower. I told him the model which I assumed would help ..I dont know thats why I was in there asking. When he answered I didnt hear him so I said Im sorry I didnt hear you. He stands there just giving me a dirty look . So again I said Im sorry what I couldnt hear you. His response was very rude his attitude towards me was also very rude . I didnt appreciate being treated in such a manner. What because Im a female trying to do my own thing fixing my lawnmower myself . Im sure hoping thats not the issue .In my prior visits Ive always been treated with respect. Definitely didnt appreciate the disrespectful attitude from him.

I am so sad that theyre closing down very friendly people going to miss them

Went in there to get keys made and it literally took them a minute to cash me out and hand me my keys. Fast courteous service decent prices and a happy customer!

Seems like a nice ma and pop hardware store. Had some keys made today. The services were quick. We were in and out of the store in no time at all.

Great people great place when you need that special part

Great, makes you yearn for the days of the old mom and pop shops! Owner of the business recommended a young man to come to my mothers house and fix her sink. By the time young man finish doing the job, which actually took him less than 10 minutes, I went to pay him, and he was already in his truck waving goodbye, stating that its on the house! Cant beat that with a stick ball bat!!

My father James Copia and I have been coming here for years. I remember walking into this place for the 1st time 26 years ago when I was 6. Chris and his staff were so friendly and helpful. They even gave me a whistle to take home ((My mom was less than thrilled)) Lol but it was fun while it lasted. And so it has been so many years later. The staff has changed over the years, but the service, and friendliness hasnt. I highly recommend supporting this local small shop!!!-Alicia Reichlin

I went to get a mower fixed which they dont do there. The guy behind the counter did take a look at it and try to fix it with his personal knowledge. When he couldnt, he printed out directions to the closest repair shop. I really appreciated his efforts.

Defranco has been around forever despite having a pretty limited amount of goods. they do screen window repairs and rent out tools. Its a great neighborhood hardware store.
