What a great experience. Denise went above and beyond helping us. She called other stores and offered great options. She was friendly and so pleasant to deal with. The staff were all very friendly and seemed quite happy to help. Do yourself a favor..keep it local and family owned forget the big box store sorry we are too busy right now and pop in to see Denise and the team.

Amazing service especially during this pandemic. Non essential is closed and only curbside is aloud. So many places its atleast a day before you can get something. Here I was able to place an order over the phone while in my car then hop in the short line and get cashed out. It was amazing how it was set up. I only needed a drill bit and really didnt want to wait another day for curbside elsewhere.

I took 2 knives in to be sharpened. Was approached by an employee right away to help me. He took them out back and they were sharpened while I waited. Then I shopped and found products I had failed to find elsewhere. Lovely staff, excellent service.

If it is not in stock they will order it; if you call for an item they will hold it for you or order it and call when it comes in.How can you beat that; and their staff always helps to find what your looking for in store.Try to get that at Lowes or Home Depot.

Marking on ground everywhere for covid. Hood layout, staff is polite, friendly, and never too crowded whenever I go in there. The display models are enjoyable for such a small store.

Prices and selection are wonderful compared to their competitors and customer service excels as well. Please support the smaller local dealers.I found items at half the price of competitors & the selection is actually better on many items and the items are well labelled& easy to find.

Love this store.The Stamford Centre store, considering its not a build centre, has everything you could want. Its truly crazy how theyve maximized space and carry more and better selection then a certain big box store, thats you Home Depot.And the staff, always a pleasure. Home Depot staff is hit or miss.

Crammed little store but helpful employees

Amazing variety of goods and parts! I was looking for a free items that I couldnt find in other similar stores in town...I was so glad I tried here. The staff were all very friendly and genuinely nice (offering assistance if needed), and I ended up going up and down every single aisle just to see what all they had. Came in for 1 thing, left with a buggy full. Ill come here first when looking for a harder to find item for the home, garden, kitchen, or small hardware part.
