I have to say the cashier was very very nice and friendly, I liked her.The product they are selling is super fake, wasting customers hardworking money, which is cheating on the people,also this shouldn’t be happened to a person like me, drove 365 miles to buy fossil hybrid watch and ended up with spending $500 in the store...but I could not expect this to happened!!??

This is one of my tried and true reliable brick and mortor stores. Staff is always helpful, the watches and bags are phenomenal. They stand by their products and any time I might need assistance with my watches I leave thrilled with the customer service AND there is always a great sale!

Ive been here several times to look at watches and each time it took me forever to leave because the staff knows how to socialize with you and find something that fits your style and interests.Theyre more than happy to pull all the watches out of the case, For you to try them on. They haven have bands sold separately that they can mix and match for you on the spot.My friend and I both bought watches from here and Ive bought bands from then on separate occasions and we will continue to frequent the store because of how friendly and helpful people are.

I have a fossil watch that was about 2 years old that recently stopped ticking. I took the watch in yesterday and it was fixed with in minutes. The ladies there were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable!

Worst customer experience i have ever had in my life, the staff insulted me because i asked for a custom box that was out of his reach ( top of the shelve ) saying son of a with a low voice and had to use a chair to get to, and he didnt stop there, he wanted to add another watch to my purchase so that another customer can get a 50% off of his watch and i would have to pay a full price of mine!!!!! I complained to the store manager ( supervisor ) and he was like oh sorry ill give you 25% off, and that even insulted me more, im sorry but disrespecting and insulting a client cant be bought with a discount!
