(Online company) I have never dealt with such terrible customer service representives in my life. We never recieved our order, was sent the incorrect form to request a refund after being told the claim was being processed, to then have an agent literally hang up in my face. We are now being told today they only accept paper copy refund request, which of course will take at least 2 weeks. Thank you Wilson Leathers for ruining a Christmas present for my son, on top of holding my money hostage.

Best location and employees I have met so far. They are very accommodating and know how to make a customer feel welcome! They dont push you to buy what you dont need. They offer to help and stay after the store closed, just to make sure you get what you need. These employees know the real meaning of Sales and Customer service! You must stop by!

DO NOT purchase anything online with this company! I purchased some hats and they removed the funds from my Visa but never sent me my purchase despite ordering 3 months ago. After just getting the run around with numerous phone calls and customer service emails, I have resorted to this online review to send out the message. I just want my purchase or my money back, Im not asking for much!! I have already filed with the Visa Fraud department, but buyer beware...

I bought a jacket at this store today (Jan 11, 2016). The service was very good from one of the employees. He was very attentive and helpful. I bought a small size because they didnt have a medium. Twenty minutes after leaving the store it was clear that it was too small and I should have gotten a large, given the options. I went back and said that I wanted to make an exchange, not a return. I explained that I had pulled off the price tag but there was nothing else Id changed about the jacket. If they had doubts they could have just looked it over; the store was dead anyway. They refused, saying that it was now considered used. Dont buy anything at this store unless you are 100%, beyond a doubt sure that you wont change your mind. I should have done some sit-ups in the store with it on, I guess.
