Some unique pieces (shoes & jackets) available here. Great customer service provided by Elena. The jackets available here were very nice, thick warm leather that will definitely keep you warm. I would go back to Niagara just to shop here. Currently only two stores in Ontario in the Niagara region.
Terrible customer service! Went in to see a shoe selection and picked one up to look at it, the guy working there flew over to me and grabbed the shoe out of my hands. I asked if there is a problem, he look straight at me and said YES! Taken a back I asked what the problem was and he replied: DO NOT TOUCH THE SHOES !I’ve never felt more humiliated, given it’s a high end shoe store with average price tag of 300$, they should be nice to customers. Such stinking customer service and discussing human factor is what gets businesses out of work. Would never go back or recommend this place to anyone.
