I bought a mattress and absolutely love it. The salesperson was very friendly and talked so highly about the owners. I contacted xtreme mattress to see if they could help my sister in law who has many health issues and in desperate need of an adjustment bed and she isn’t financially able to buy one. Nicole contacted me that are going to help her. I can’t say enough about how amazing the owners are and the employees. I am very grateful for their generosity. Thank you again Xtreme mattress.

Beyond aggravated with this place, and I haven’t even gotten a mattress yet. I purchased my mattress on Friday the sales guy was helpful and even attempted to locate the one I purchased for pickup that day. When he couldn’t locate it, I was told it would be 10-14 days for pickup which was not ideal but willing to work with it. The next afternoon I received a voicemail from the store saying my mattress was in, so I thought it was a bonus and called this morning to make arrangements for pickup to which a completely different employee told me it was there and I could go pick it up. Make arrangements to pickup and get to the store to be told that it was not in and they don’t know why I was called. At this point I’m contemplating canceling my order as if they are this unorganized I have no faith in the product I will be receiving and really starting to believe all the negative reviews are the truthful ones and it seems more often than not people seem to be disappointed.To your response: errors happen everyday and I fully understand this, it was not the initial call on Saturday that was the issue as there was time to correct the issue on Monday when I placed a call to what I thought was the store and was in touch with a customer service agent who never informed she was not in the store and verified yes my bed was in and could make arrangements to pick up. Maybe your customer service reps should verify information before they tell a customer something as this was the reason for my cancellation. I do not trust businesses that operate this way and from the multiple negative reviews I see a pattern and couldn’t trust that I would be getting a quality product for less considering I paid similar prices for name brand less than 2 miles from your store and got it the same day. So no you will not get my business again best regards

Prices comparable to other stores. But delivery company they have is AWFUL and RUDE!! When they delivered my new mattress and boxspring, one of the guys walked right through my flowerbed breaking my solar lights, stepping right on them. He didnt even care that he did it. He had plenty of room to bring it up the driveway just like the other gyt did with the boxspring. They carried both in the house and the plastic that was covering the mattress and boxspring were covered in mud. DONT USE THEIR DELIVERY PEOPLE!!

I have been to Xtreme discount several times now, over the last several years, and I will be buying all my mattress from there. I have never once had an issue, and years later, the mattress are still holding up just as well as when I bought them. They are comfortable and they REALLY are about half of the price as a lot of these other stores, plus the sales people are not down your throat and standing beside you, pressuring you to make a choice. I do highly recommend this place. No reason to spend a lot of money on a bed when you can buy one for much cheaper, that is just as nice.

Ive called 3 times now to Niagara Falls location about brackets for headboard been waiting for someone to call back every time!! They could sell me the bed no problems but now this!!!!

I purchased a bed here on Monday 3/18/19. I applied for a credit line and the guy told me I had to spend $1000 to even get the credit line. I ended up saying ok, and got what I thought was, an adjustable king size bed. The salesman was adamant about how nice the bed was because there is no box springs and it’s adjustable. According to him, it was the reason why it sold so much. When I was cashing out, he said the adjustable bed was perfect because it helped get to the minimal limit I needed to get the credit. Well my total was $1110+ and when I received the bed, it was a mattress with a box spring. No adjustable frame. I went to the store the same day it was delivered, and they claimed I never bought the adjustable frame and that it was an additional $600. When I went in there they said “well you don’t get what you didn’t pay for”. I would of never bought a king size bed for 1000 with a mediocre mattress if it didn’t have any special features like I thought it did. Not to mention they broke my wall trim while delivering. I will never buy anything here again nor will I reccomend to anyone.

Gave me a mattress that I didn’t even pick out. Was a lifelong customer until I woke up and felt like I got hit by a train. Never again..

As soon as I walked in, I had no clue what I was looking for until Josh suggested I look at the queen mattresses; and so I did. There were so many selections, but then I found the right mattress for me. Josh was so friendly and his sense of humor made me feel less nervous about purchasing a mattress. I want to thank Josh so much for making my purchase easy :)

Not to happy so far.But we will see. Im back and very happy with my bed. Got a full exchange for a different bed, paid a little more but Very happy with this place.They really do honor their warranty.

The man at the desk was nice but they need to talk to one another and not call the customer who purchased there merchandise a liar. They lost me as a customer, I was supposed to have my mattress delivered in 2 days. 2 days go by no mattress for my kids I call them and explain and the man on the phone asked who did I speak with so I told him and his response was oh I am sure he did not tell you that I said listen I am not a liar he did tell me that because I explained my situation to him and he cut me off gave me the delivery phone number and said its up to them when I will get my mattress. Very pissed with them and never again, and I the beds that I did get from them is the crappiest beds ever.

Ordered a mattress from them and loved how comfortable iT was. Got it delivered and under the fabric was what sounded like a crinkled piece of plastic. They thought I was crazy had to take a video after they delivered the second mattress that had the same issue just for them to believe me. Instead of them sending me a flawless mattress they upgraded me to an 900 dollar mattress they had I hate it. Still waiting on the corrected mattress that i originally purchased have left multiple messages with the manager at the store in niagara falls just to make sure they have placed the order and its been almost 2 weeks with no returned phone call. A month and i still do not have the mattress I ordered I spent nearly 1000 dollars and have not been compensated have been more then ccompliant with them and patient. Never buy a mattress from them. Unless you are getting the one in the store that you can touch and inspect. Xtremely disappointed with Xtreme discount mattress evrytime I see a commercial it aggravates manywhereeminds me to tell people do not go there. By the time I get the mattress I actually purchased it will be mattress number 4. I was so happy to get a comfy mattress great for my back but they have ruined this experience for me and have done ZERO to compensate me for my time, discomfort and inconvenience. My boyfriend has had to leave work now 3 times to meet the delivery guys just to get something we hate. Also originally we wanted an adjustable bed the salesmen at the store misunderstood and sold us a regular box spring when all we were looking at were adjustable beds. Thats where the original problem started they then delivered the adjustable frame had to pay 500 dollars more for that and what do the delivers do? Forget the box spring. And exchange the first mattress with another unexpected one that also has the sleeping on a plastic bag effect. Unbelievable DONE. Not happy. My son and girlfriend bought a queen size mattress and box spring less than a year..Box spring broke. Cheap stuff. Will not recommend. First purchase for them. We waited an hour to pick up and then cheap box spring breaks. You get what you pay for. They suck.

Poor customer service by Carmen and the GM went by 3 times as for the mattress I needed was told to come back the next day rented a truck went by next day ..still not in stock wasted money on rental and general manager has such poor poor customer service he took a week to call me back and was very unprofessional on the phone.
