Took push mower to get repaired. Made at least 4 phone calls in two weeks to get a status update. They would never call back. Told them if they were only 10-20% done to just cash me out and I will get it repaired elsewhere. Finally got the mower a couple of days later.The repairs are sufficient and they were reasonably priced but the lack of customer service and follow-up was disappointing. Had I known it would take more than 2 weeks I likely would have taken it elsewhere for repairs.

I have had multiple repairs done here. They even handle foreign cars! Both my wifes Porsche and my Range Rover have been very well taken care of. They have saved us thousands of dollars. I even have friends who drive from Lexington just to get their cars worked on here. They are the most honest and fair-priced mechanic I have seen and I have lived in 11 states and owned about 20 cars. They will stay late and get your car done when they say they will. Very blessed to have these folks and the peace of mind that comes with it!

On Friday June 30 in the afternoon our brakes got very very hot then quit working. We were towing a camper from Tennessee. We were helped by 3 angels and one was from BYC Garage! They got us right in and took care of everything quickly! The other 2 angels Tares and Nikolay guided us to this wonderful Garage. Without all of these people and the crew at BYC Garage we don’t know what would have happened. Excellent work and many thanks! God Bless all of you

Finding a good mechanic isnt easy - these folks fit the bill.They know their stuff, their efficient and their prices are fair. David and Jeremy got me out the door with what I needed to have done to the car right away and gave me some suggestions on what to have done in the not-too-distant future.My car hasnt run this well in years - and its been receiving regular service elsewhere. Im SO glad that BYC was recommended to me by a local auto supply business - I have more confidence in relying on my car for all of the travel that I do, and now I know the folks that will help me keep it that way!

These guys are the best Ive worked with in Jessamine County. Excellent customer service, transparent (and very competitive) pricing and fast, quality work. I will be returning for work on anything I own that runs on gas.

I wouldnt take my car anywhere else. Very helpful mechanics who take the time to explain your options and give honest advice. They told when work I came in for was NOT needed, which saved me a lot of money!

Very unprofessional, payed all the money owed when picked vehicle up, claimed over a month later that we didnt pay, said I was barking orders when telling them what they still didnt fix when brought it back. 10/10 WOULD NOT recommend.

This place was very unprofessional. They had my car for four days and the bill was $345.00 and had the same problem as when I took it there. Will not recommend to anyone..

This place was not open at 9 on Saturday. I went and they were closed. I havent had any actual work done or experience with them yet.
