I have had several repairs done at HRS and have been very happy with the work they have done. I trust HRS to not only do the work right, but also do it with integrity. I have been very pleased with this shop, and their customer service has been top notch!

Car suddenly had a loud scraping noise. Thought it might be the brakes or something caught in the wheels. Went to HRS to have them check it out for me. Well they could have taken me for big bucks but they didnt. It was a push pin that had fallen out....no charge! Their honesty and integrity has made me a lifetime customer!!!

One of the only automotive shops I fully trust. Family owned and operated. Never had a bad experience and I know my cars are in good hands with them. Their staff are also very knowledgeable. I have no problem making the small drive from Lexington to have them take care of my automotive needs.

They absolutely go above and beyond! I had brakes done and they were squealing. Which happens especially with ceramic; hrs had me bring my vehicle back and they replaced the pads again for free to assure they were quiet and I was satisfied.

Great place to have your vehicle repaired. Ive used them several times. They have a text system to tell you when your car is finished. They will also let you know if anything else is wrong with your vehicle that needs to be addressed. They are trust worthy and prices are very reasonable. They also test drive your vehicle to make sure the problem is fixed.

I cant say enough good things about this place. Ive taken mine and my wifes car both here between oil changes and getting brakes done. I couldnt be happier with the customer service as well as the work that was performed. The one thing I enjoy about this place is the follow up call or text you get after you get your vehicle back. To insure that everything is satisfactory n if there is any issues or concerns. That is great customer service n they legit care about their customers and their work. Brought my vehicle in assuming they were going to upsale me like other shops have done to me in the past, but I was wrong. They only worked on what I needed and did a great job. These guys are the best! I’ve used HRS many times for repairs and maintenance and I’ve always had a great experience. They saved me a lot of time and money on an issue with my truck by taking the time to figure out the real problem when the dealership couldn’t! Grateful to have them around.

I was happy with the results of the alignment and oil change.

I will say this is the only place in Nicholasville I will take my car to. Weve always had fair and honest service and pricing. The only complaint I have is slight miscommunication, and they had my car over the weekend for what only took about an hour or so to fix. Despite this, I wont go to another shop in Nicholasville. HRS has always been good with us and Ive had NY fair share of bad mechanics in this town.

Highly recommend HRS Autocare of Nicholasville. The quality and value you get when you bring your car into their care is second to none. This is the only place in Central Kentucky that I use for my vehicle!
