This dealership lied to us from the start. Would not recommend you purchase anything from them.The car purchased has been in the repair garage most of the time sense we purchased it. The extended warranty we purchased with the car that they told my son was free cost him over $2000 dollars and has been worthless.

Horrible experience I wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy I traded my car in back in September I was told the car I traded for was a good car no problems I get home and the lights don’t work I called them they agreed to fix that problem I also told them about a noise I heard coming from the car and was told we will have to get to one thing at a time but after they fixed the lights and wanted to charge me almost 2000 dollars for the repair on a car I hadn’t even had 24 hours the problem was pre existing they just completely lost contact with me all together I figured well it can’t be to much I’ll just have it fixed myself but no here I am 6 months into my lease agreement and the transmission is out!!!! My car is junk and I’m still forced to pay over 8 thousand dollars for it I called and spoke with the manager he pretended to be so concerned and assured me I would be getting a call back and he was going to see what he could do to help and guess what no call I knew he wouldn’t!!!! Don’t go here these people are only out for them selves they will rip you off in a heart beat then act like they are doing u a favor by trying to help but all you really get is the run around. Don’t go to champions unless you want to destroy your credit and end up walking to work. And I’ve read all the smart comments the manager puts on here trying to defend themselves I can post my entire text conversation we had about the car being messed up the day I took it home and how the problems with the car would be fixed just liars is all I can say.. Don’t be manipulated by these people go to them and you’ll regret itBy the way my name is Kristen Harrison if you’d like to look me up in your damn system you rip off. I’ve also contacted the bank I financed through and let them know what’s going on I’ve got to send them the estimate on a new transmission I’ve also got to email them the text conversation we had about the car so they know exactly what was said she said we could go from there fingers crossed hopefully something can be done about this

We went in there with no real plans to buy a car, but the deal we were offered was too good to pass up! JJ was fantastic! He was honest and didn’t waste our time. The other staff we were in contact with were also very friendly and got right down to business. My mom left there with a great car and a payment she can easily manage. The car buying experience was great. But when you buy a vehicle that you are making payments on that has multiple issues and isnt even currently driving after only have the vehicle for less than 5 months, than you have problem . I have contacted them countless times to no avail except being told so many different things from different people. I am now without a vehicle. I understand it is as is, but i found it a little odd that 1 day after i drove off in my car that the check engine light came on and has remained on. The car is now currently parked in my driveway and hasnt been touched in at least a month besides having a friend tow it here.
