Could not be happier with the purchase of our new Kona. I wanted a very specific vehicle and with the chip shortage the closest one was in West Virginia. Likely original battery from factory (2018). Cronin management totally ignored both our descriptive phone calls we made. Crickets!

Having hit a pot hole at 50 mph to blow out two tires. When the tires were replaced, I could not handle my Sonata, which is usually one of its best traits. I called David in the service department. David told me over the phone my Hyundai Sonata dangerously out of align and of course when I brought it in he was correct. David has become a true friend. He remembers things about myself personally and about my Sonata. He is up to date on all the current Hyundai information. Ill buy again at this specific D F Hyundai because of David. Its wonderful to have someone in the automotive business you can trust.

We traded in our truck last fall for a 2012 Ford F-150. The salesman stated there were no recalls and after one month of having the vehicle the motor would shift gears on its own. For months of returning back and forth for repairs (they had it longer than we did) then the speedometer stopped working and it only got as far as 3rd gear. We took AGAIN to them and they said they were through with it and they would like to just get rid of it and let’s talk of getting another vehicle. The only one we could purchase (in our price range) was a 2010 Dodge Ram 1500. We were not sold on this one 100 % and felt pressured to take it. We felt we went backwards. This truck after 2 weeks now is having problems. Air quit working and there is a noise to it. We called the salesman up to tell him of our feelings and he said there was nothing he could do. We are so unhappy with this dealership and will never have anything to do with them. We are seeking legal advise.

I recently (August 13, 2015) visited the Hyundai of Nicholasville Service Department to have the drivers seat switch serviced, as it was not allowing for the drivers seat to operate properly. Ryan and his crew were very attentive, cooperative and efficient. While they were only able to order the part so as to have the seat fixed, Im sure all will go very smoothly.

I went to this dealership on a Thursday. Gave all my basic info to the sales guy. Went on a test drive and then started talking numbers. I was told they could get my payment what I wanted it to be. I went back on Friday and they offered me the same exact thing they offered me the day before. I said no and then they started trying to push a lease on me. I left after telling the sales guy I was done and wasnt interested in buying a vehicle from them. On the following Monday, I got an email telling me that my credit had been pulled again. I called the dealership about it and they said they wanted to try one more time To get the deal done. They did this without calling me or anything. I will never try to do business with these people again. Also, expect a really bad offer if your trading anything in. The dealership I bought my new vehicle from gave me $2500 more for my trade then these guys offered.

I just bought a new 2020 Hyundai Palisade Limited AWD from Bryan at this dealership. I live in Northern Indiana, and completed the entire transaction online. In 23 years of purchasing vehicles, this was the best car buying experience I have ever had! The service that was provided to me was far above my expectations - I highly recommend this dealership!

I took my 2015 sonata for its first oil change and some recall work. I had an appointment for 10:00 am but came in early to leave the car and pick it up later that day. They finished the oil change and repairs before my appointment time. They were very courteous and professional. I had bought a Genesis Coupe there a few years ago and the salesman were courteous and professional then too. Do not know if those salesman are still there but it was a good experience.

Goodrich was much friendlier than the new service tech. The man didnt even get up from his chair when I came to my scheduled oil change. Didnt introduce himself.

Cant say enough nice things about Hyundai of Nicholasville. They are everything other car dealers should be. It was the most pleasant buying experience we have ever had. I drove 7 hours to this dealership because they had the best deal around 2 years ago. It was definitely worth the drive. Its about time for another car so looks like I might make the long trip again. Maybe stay an extra day to enjoy the sites. Id recommend this dealership if your looking for awesome Customer Service and a great deal.

My family drove over an hour on New years Day to purchase a Hyundai Tuscon for an advertised 19995. We spoke to internet sales over the phone, and they assured us of the price, the financing, and the availability. When we actually got their the floor salesman raised the price, would not honor the 0% financing promotion and oh by the way the car was actually being repaired in the body shop! Really horrible experience. I would rather pay more money and buy a car from a trustworthy dealer. SHAME!.

Great customer service. We were able to do all dealings online, show up test drive the car, and leave once paper work was completed. Made the process much more efficient and enjoyable. We drove over an hour to get to the dealership. They promised they wouldnt let us come if the car wasnt as nice as it had been described. It was better than described. They only select immaculate used cars. The price and service made it well worth the drive. We will buy from them again.

It was better when Glenn owned this dealership. All the employees seem over worked and unhappy. Thus, this translates into sluggish substandard service. They do get the job done however, so that beats bad repairs.

Saw an ad for a car for $8400 end of the year / Thanksgiving special. When I go to the dealership they said the advertisement was wrong and the car was much higher. I test drove another vehicle and liked it and Bought a new car from this dealership right before Thanksgiving. In under 4 months I get a check engine light. Dealership says I need to make an appointment. Prior to this stupidity I barely got my license and registration in on time because the person that processes the license plates and registrations was out on maturity leave. Apparently no one else can do this responsibility. Also in February got an email stating that my car was due for initial service and was given a date and time. When I showed up to the dealership they had no record of my appointment. When the representative fit me in to rectify the situation her supervisor yelled at her and made her cry. Definite leadership problems here. I just called their corporate customer service line and filed a complaint. I wont ever go to this dealership again nor will I ever buy a Hyundai again.

Picked my car up at my house, and dropped it off 2 hours later, after an oil change, air filter, cabin filter, and tire rotation.Made it super easy!
