I have no gripes with the actual cell service. But, the in- store locations never have enough employees. Service takes a long time, including waiting for a free associate. I have visited on multiple occasions with only one associate working.

Ashley is amazing. I brought my elderly mother in to buy a phone and Ashley went above and beyond getting her set up on a busy Sunday with a store full of people.

Christopher was very knowledgeable about the different phones and accessories that would serve our needs and wants. He was also very helpful. I will definitely come back to this store.

Went in to upgrade a phone and make sure my current plan was the best for my family. The associates that assisted us were wonderful and very knowledgeable. Left with a great phone and a much better plan! This is my favorite location. Wont go anywhere else. Awesome job guys! You rock!

I got new phone a couple of weeks ago and was having trouble with one phone connecting to data. A very nice representative named Victoria helped me with everything and answered all my questions. Ask for Victoria she was great!

Very nice staff! They are young and playful, but very knowledgeable and efficient. We were in and out, starting a brand new account in less than an hour. And the manager even drove to Nicholasville to get us our phones so we didnt have to. Great selection, very nice location, very nice store.

Would make this zero stars if possible. Currently standing here while the clerk switches someones phone over and telling his life story. I have 1 question. While you switch a phone over, maybe take care of other customers. Its called multi tasking and customer service.

Andrew was very professional, courteous, efficient and helpful. Best phone store experience I have ever had. I will NEVER go anywhere else (especially to that horrendous Nicholasville Road, Lexington store)! I highly recommend this location, it is SO worth the extra 5 minute drive from the corporate store by the mall. SO SO SO SOOOOOOOOO worth it! Thanks a million!

Very poor customer service, they claim to have more access to sprint than they really do and assured me my account was taken care of and ended up costing me hundreds of dollars and hours dealing with customer service reps. Would not recommend

Great service

Very slow service. As for the product they sale, it is not worth the money you spend. Calls drop, the internet on the phone is slow for the network is slow. I will not renew my contract with them and will never use them again.
