So I walk-in to this store and the first thing I see is a young lady blonde hair that welcomed me and helped me with my upgrade in minutes, I was out in less then 20 minutes. I dont recall her name but she was very professional and knowledgeable

My old phone had an accident & I was in need of an upgrade. Erin, the woman who helped me, is a Rockstar! Shes knowledgeable, friendly & made it a great experience. Totally painless :) Thanks much, its appreciated!

The ladies that helped us at the Nicholasville, KY store were very efficient, courteous, and helpful. They were able to use every minute to work while making us feel at home.

We went in today to AT&T in Nicholasville Ky to have data transferred from my oldFlip phone to my new one. Jackson Bark met usat the door and welcomed us in. He introduced himself and asked our names and offered any assistance he could render. He walked us through on how he would transfer pictures and contacts one by one. We told him we could do.it ourselves now after he showed us. He continued to offer his assistance to transfer a contact one by one. It was a relief to see a ‘worker’ so willing to help in any way. I thought I had deleted all my photos so I went into store and Jackson restored them all in a few seconds. Made my day. Great customer service

David was excellent manager. He knew what he was doing and was fast and patient due to the extreme pressure he was in. He didn’t have the extra help needed that particular day and was extremely busy, But prevailed. Love his attitude, knowledge and customer friendly.

Been in there twice in the last few days and Matt and Jeff have been in there both times. They are super helpful and are attentive to everyone that comes into that store. Would highly recommend this store and these two guys to anyone needing assistance.

It was horrible and at&t I changed my number they changed my plan from unlimited to 3 gigs now wont give my same plan back without a 20 dollar raise

Really pathetic that you treat paying customers like theyre privileged to be seen. Got 2 employees more interested in talking to the customers theyre helping in hopes that the people waiting will get tired of it and leave.
