Fantastic does not even begin to describe Goff Tents and Events and Tiffany Wallace Goff!!! Even with Hurricane Harvey working against us, Goff managed to create the wedding we had envisioned. Tiffany is hands down the best wedding coordinator you could ask for. On top of her bubbly and endearing personality, Tiffany was always available to answer any questions, give reassurance and went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. The Friday morning before our wedding, Harvey decided to completely demolish our ceremony tent. Within an hour of receiving my frantic phone call, her crew was at the venue, working tirelessly in the rain to have another tent up that same day. They even had a crew member stay at the venue overnight to keep watch on the tents and alleviate heavy water. I would recommend Goff Tents and Events to anyone. I know that their professionalism, reliability and the quality of their inventory is top-rated. You would be crazy to look anywhere else!

They had immediate responses and went out of their way to make it easy for us. Amazing experience! They were very accommodating with all of our request and allowed changes to our rentals up to the day before delivery. The gentleman who delivered and set up our rentals were friendly and put things exactly where we wanted them, even moving the tent, after we realized that we didnt like the original location we chose on the property, without any complaints. Very friendly and responsive service. I would recommend them 100%

Goff furnished an event we did at work. We had an issue with the PA system we rented. I called them and the owner called me immediately. They had a representative on site within the hour. The representative was very kind and was actually fun to talk to . I would highly recommend them for any event. Very professional, and seem to really care and have a passion for what they do.
I had a zipper and stove jack sewed in a tent. I showed photo of what I needed done. They sewed the zipper in backwards and said I didnt explain it well. Charged me 193.00, and said it would cost me the same to have it redone. Didn,t do quality work and wouldnt make good their mistakes. Would not reccomend!!!

I shopped around extensively and found that they have the best rates but what put it over the top for me, was the staff. They are friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Goff Tents is awesome. They have provided tents, tables, chairs, linens, etc. for three weddings in our back yard over the past 10 years. They are prompt, courteous and hard working from the people in the office to the men setting up the tent.

I used Goff Tents for my wedding and everything went perfectly. The price was in our budget and we got exactly the tent we were looking for. The whole process was easy and they were even able to come and put the tent up a day earlier than originally planned which was a huge help!
Goff Tents is reliable and thorough. Specifically the crew that came to my event venue last weekend was so wonderful to work with. We had a bit of confusion around sub-contracting and changing plans due to weather. And to clarify Goffs obligation was to my client, not to me. Nevertheless, they were courteous & flexible, going so far as to walk all around the barn in the rain for Sunday pick up so as not to drive the truck through super wet grass OR track up the freshly mopped floor. And honestly they werent even huffy about it. Really appreciate this excellent service!
The staff was awesome! We were amazed by how beautiful everything turned out. Much more than we ever expected. They were so helpful, they just took care of everything. Goff Tents and their staff are amazing! We will definitely use them for all of our future events.
Overall, we had a mediocre experience but that was only after we paid for last minute additions to our order and then paid for things we ended up not needing. Never having experience with a tent rental company, they did not inform me that tent walls are an additional reservation to the tent itself. Not sure why they did not take advantage of an opportunity to up-sell me. It was only made clear to me after I inquired I was interested in renting A/C units and that they recommend having tent walls to keep the cool air inside. Once they made that recommendation, the matching walls were not available. Later, they were able to order more, but only after we made a complaint. Also during our planning discussions, we added a tent for our catering vendor. After the nightmare of the large tent order and the walls, the same thing happened with the catering tent to where the walls were not added to our order (nor ever offered). It was only when they installed the tents the day BEFORE our wedding did we discover no walls were reserved. We had to make an emergency order and they delivered/installed it the next morning before the wedding (thankfully), after we paid for it and charged another delivery fee. On the day of the original installation, I was told beforehand that the installing crew would call when they were en route (told on two occasions), and did not receive a call prior to their arrival. When we reserved the A/C units, no one explained that they would not make a difference UNLESS ice cold water was used. We found out when we tested them out the day before the wedding. When we asked specific questions of how to use the generators and how much gasoline would be needed to power the lights and A/C units throughout the night, they did not have an answer and said they have never been asked that question. So as a precaution, we purchased several 5-gallon tanks and gas for the night thinking we didn’t want to run out of fuel for the A/C units. Ultimately, because of the lack of information, we didn’t use the A/C units (were not blowing cold air whatsoever), didn’t use any of the gas or the spare generators, and because they recommended we needed tent walls to keep the cold A/C air inside the tent, we ended up not even using the tent walls!!!! The A/C units were a complete joke. The day was very warm and with no cool, flowing air, we removed the tent walls altogether because it was miserable inside. So in total there was a bunch of wasted money spent because no one took the time to give us information. I totaled to over $1000 in wasted expenses. If you’re looking for something straight forward and you know what you’re doing, you could use Goff’s. But if you’re looking for someone to help you along and help make informed decisions, I would not recommend.
We rented a stage and cover for our wedding from Goff Tents and Events, and they did a fantastic job! The space we had was limited, but they worked with us to create the perfect set up. The stage etc was delivered on time and picked up in a timely manner after the event. 10/10 would recommend for hassle free, excellent service.

Goff tents was fantastic to work with! We had straps on a pool cover cut by vandalism and instead of having to replace the entire cover, Goff tents was able to fix the 6 straps without question! It saved us $3000!! The cover has made it through its first winter and is holding like nothing was ever an issue. We are so grateful for their willingness to help!

As director of a large food and music festival with complicated tent and rental needs, I wouldnt want to use another rental company. Goff is always on time, fast and thorough from start to finish. I reserved a tent with Goff rentals for a bridal shower I was hosting at the Keeneland spring meet. After the governor issued a MANDATORY shelter in place and everything was shut down, I contacted Goff tents about a refund. I informed them that while I would have liked to reschedule, the wedding for the event I was hosting would have already passed before Keeneland reopens in the fall. I did sign a contract with a clause that states refunds would only be issued if events were canceled at least 90 days in advance. However, given the unprecedented circumstances that I have absolutely no control over I would have hoped that they would be understanding. I paid a deposit of $339 and initially was told that Goff tents would be sticking to their original cancelation policy. I asked a 2nd time about a refund given the circumstances and was told they would speak to the owner and see what could be done, I replied with a request to please let me know what the owners said. Without any reply, I received a check in the mail for only $98! I get that it is important to help maintain local businesses during this pandemic and if I could have rescheduled my event, I would have. I can’t believe they only refunded me $98 out of the $339 deposit that I paid, and without even checking with me first. Keeneland recommended that I use Bryant’s rent all but Goff was significantly cheaper so I went with them. If I ever need a rental service in the future I will not do business with this company. I hope that this review will shed some light on the integrity of this company for anyone else looking into their services.
The dance floor you provided for our wedding was just perfect! It fit the feel we were going for and you all handled the delivery and pickup which was one less thing for us to worry about. Us and our guest danced the night away and we were so thankful to have a place for everyone to congregate and let loose.Thank you again for everything. You all were wonderful. We were given a design for tent and chairs and signed the contract. They showed to install tent and tent was smaller than design and tables wouldn’t fit. Their solution was to charge us another 1200 to add a smaller tent. Not trustworthy. Would not recommend.

Not a good experience Goff was suppose to provide the tent for my sons wedding on Sept 2 2017. He came and did a site visit in July and stated that if it looked like rain he needed to set the tent up a couple of days early so the ground stayed dry. Hurricane Harvey was on its way that week and we repeatedly tried to have Goff set the tent up anytime that week before the rain cameIn Friday. We were informed that he had overbooked his staff and had no one to set up a tent until Friday morning. At the last minute our Caterer called in another service to provide the tent and it was set up Thursday before the rain. The day was saved but Goff was unprofessional and delivered bad service
