Whether it is racing drones or camera drones the staff here is incredibly knowledgeable and very friendly. They do full service and repair as well or will help you custom build your own equipment.

I have taken Inspire 2 drone to Drone City on three occasions - they have been great to deal with both on phone and in store, plus the drone was repaired correctly, and tested by them, each time. When youre flying for a living, you need service you can count on.They keep some parts in stock, even for this high-end bird, and Ive been so pleased with every aspect of this business.Finally, their price for their services was fair, and when it was urgent, they found a way to rush things through, or least try. I appreciate the folks at Drone City. Theyve kept me flying on tight schedules.

Incredible service! I spoke with the owner about my existing drone and trading up, and even though my drone had no value for trade in he was kind enough to educate me on current market products and how to sell my drone on the open market in order to get more value. I could tell he had a lot going on but took all the time in the world for me. Great company, Great people.

Redoing my review. Issue of not being open during business hours was from an unreliable employee. Cannot knock the entire business because of that. The owner took steps and resolved the issue. Now on weekends hours are 8-12. The person (Todd) is a knowledge member of the local group.

DONT TRUST THIS BUSINESS. I took my dji phantom 4 drone to them. John told me he would have to have to charge me $65 diagnostic fee to even look at it. So I told them specifically to only diagnose it dont not do any further work unless its approved by me. He said it would take about a week. Five weeks later Im calling them every few days for an update . Once I did make contact I asked them what they found out and to get how much it would cost to fix it. He wouldnt tell me anything or answer any of my questions. So he tells me on the phone your drone is fixed and its $140. I told him that he was supposed to get any and all additional charges approved by me. Then I find out its not even fixed. So I drove an hour to his shop to get rudely treated by an employee and told I would have to come back. So I had to have the police go with me to his shop. He then showed me an invoice totaling $322. He wouldnt answer any questions and told the police that Im not welcome there so I had to leave and not to come back. John kept my drone with all the accessories totaling $2500. I now have to go to court to get my drone back because he wouldnt reason with me. So he stole my drone from me. He also had the nerve to ask for another $65 diagnosis fee to fix the original problem of the remote not connecting. So now its going to take a while to go to court now Im out $2500 for what he stole from me. I cant even walk in physically pick up my drone or its trespassing. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a place of business. I should of paid attention to the bad reviews online because they are true. All in all John tried to first take advantage of me he stole my beloved drone and I have to go to court to try and get my drone back before he uses my drone parts to fix another drone. I will give an update after court. THIS MAN IS A PATHETIC MAN . Very dishonest and unprofessional business. I feel for the average person walking in to get answers on there drone. Hes a thief, liar,and very dishonest. Im sick to my stomach how someone would steal a $2500 investment. See you in court John and Gary. Anyone may message me on Facebook about this matter. Went in on a Saturday, about an hour before closing, sort of expecting to get the stiff arm on any information I was looking for on a drone purchase. But I was completely wrong. Even though they didnt sell the specific drone I was looking for, he gave me plenty of good info to look into before purchasing it.I also ended up purchasing some of their TPU for my 3D printers. I hadnt used it before because my CR-10s has a bowden tube and wasnt sure if it would be able to print with TPU. But I bought a roll and went home and tried it. It worked perfectly and without changing any settings. Thank you for that!Pic is of my first screw up using PETG settings (too hot) and the one I printed using regular PLA settings. Both had acceptable print quality, but the PLA print looked a lot better.If youre looking to get into drone/RC flying or 3D printing I would definitely check out Drone City.

I went in with my DJI Phantom 3 Pro because it wasnt connecting to the app. Gary diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and ran the latest updates. They have good stock and a ton of knowledge. I will be using Drone City for any and all Drone needs. If in doubt, just call them and youll see how great they are to work with. Thank you for your service and hospitality!

Took them 4 months to fix a basic dji spark. Hard to get in contact and they said the same your drone is up next line every time. Finally we called asking why its taking so long and then a couple days later I get an email saying its ready to be picked up. We pick it up and get charged $300 for a drone that they didnt fix! (original price they said was $200) It hardly flies and crashes almost every time! Has a big constant error message on the screen. Very frustrating losing a drone and $300. Unfortunately, I will have to warn my 15,000 YouTube subscribers about this.

I am a drone enthusiast and I found out about drone city through a Google Search. About 2 weeks ago my girlfriend and I had been cleaning up around our yard so we were a little sweaty and dusty, but we stopped in to see what they had in their store. I had several questions about some of their items and had to basically pry the answers out of the guy behind the counter that had been looking down his nose at us to begin with. I guess he got tired of us and would yell over his shoulder to a lady that never made eye contact, nor did she ever look away from her computer. I have never been treated so rudely in any shopping experience ever, AND to add insult to injury the guy came to the door and watched us walk to our car with a scowl like we had stolen something. We were not rude to them at all, nor did we do anything to merrit such treatment. VERY, unpleasant experience!By the way guys, although we didnt look like much at the time we had plenty of money in our pockets that you will never see.

Store hours were listed on Google as open till 4:00 PM. I drove 30 miles out of my way got there at 1:00 PM and store was closed. Tried to call the number listed and got a recording for Equipment City that wanted me to text or email another number. I am giving up and driving back. Very disappointing I will surely not be back.
