For a couple of weeks my mother-in-law and I were there often. All of the staff that helped us were great. It is obvious they were trained by someone that understands what the customer experience should be. I wish they had more Samsung accessories to offer so I dont have to purchase from BB but I will always check with AT&T-Nixa first.

After signing up for additional phone and service, our bill has items we declined like next up service. The employees say they cant fix it, they cant refund or remove it.Basically they cant fix what they screwed up.

When I used to have AT&T I went here a lot. Its not a corporate store but they are just as knowledgeable. Friendly staff. Sometimes short handed and will have to wait 10-20 mins. But they get the job done.

It was a terrible experience with Sidney the store rep that was supposed to be helpful and instead she was rude when we first walked into the store for 20 minutes and rude as we were leaving. She didnt smile and even greet us properly from the beginning. Then every question we asked she was very short and showed us no respect whatsoever. She didnt once smile the entire 20 minutes and didnt even say thank you after I paid 70 dollars for my bill. THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE BEING 56 YEARS IVE EVER HAD. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE WITH HER TERRIBLE ATTITUDE. IT HONESTLY COULDNT BE ANY WORSE.

Can’t say enough good things about this store and about the manager, Daniel! We went into the store today completely confused about a new phone purchase and an added line that we purchased at another store while on a short trip. He effortlessly explained it all to us and relieved all the stress we had about our new purchase. We have always taken our questions to this store and have always been 100% satisfied! Thank you for the wonderful customer service!!

All of that staff at this location are amazing!! Very accommodating and helpful with whatever you need. Wait times are something I know they can’t control because sometimes one single transaction can take hours, that’s just the nature of the business!! Thankful for all they’ve been able to help me with!!

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I was in the store for only 10 minutes and I have never been so disrespected in my life by Rebecca & store manager Corey. I say store manager in air-quotes, because anyone that treats customers the way he did, should not be a manager. I would NOT recommend anyone to go into this store in Nixa. Drive an extra 10-20 min into Springfield and go to one of those stores if you really need to go to a store. The associate, Rebecca, made unauthorized changes to our account and then refused to fix them before I left the store. Now we will literally have to pay for it when our bill comes out in a few days.Long story below if youre interested in what happened:I went in asking questions regarding my shared account. I am not the primary account holder, but I am an authorized user of the account and this was verified with the associate, Rebecca, before I even started asking questions about the account. She told me that we could only make changes to MY line since I wasnt the primary account holder. Completely understandable, I had no problem with that, since I was only asking questions and going to be potentially making changes to only my line anyways. Turned out that we couldnt make the changes to my plan that day, so I said, Thats ok. No harm was done, our account should be the same as it was when I came, right?Well apparently the associate, Rebecca, had removed a work discount from the whole account in order to see if we could make the changes to my line, and then refused to put the discount back on since I was not the primary account holder. She & the store manager, Corey, said they needed to see the primary account holder & their ID to put the discount back on. The account holder is my mom, but she lives 3 hours away and cannot just popup in their store. The associate should not have even removed the discount in the first place since the primary account holder wasnt there to begin with and that would be making changes to the whole account. Rebecca is the one who messed up our account and then refused to fix it. Even the store manager, Corey, was disrespectful and had an I dont care attitude about the whole situation when I asked to speak to her supervisor. I said to him, I am not leaving until this is fixed since it never should have been removed to begin with, and he said, Well I guess youll be here all night. We arent fixing it. But yet it never should have been removed in the first place without the primary account holder there.So now our bill that comes out in 4 days will be a lot higher than it should be because Rebecca made unauthorized changes & removed a discount she shouldnt have and then refused to fix what she did. She even had the audacity to try and blame it on me, saying it was my fault because I was the one who wanted to see what plan options were available for my line and said that she had to remove it in order to even look at the options. She should have told me that if that was the case instead of just doing it.I normally wouldnt be so angry about something like this since it can be fixed eventually by actual competent AT&T employees, but since our bill comes out soon, and will be so much higher because of this, and the fact that my mom cant just drop what she is doing to go to a store that is about an hour from her home and fix this before the bill comes out, makes me so angry. My mom does not have an AT&T store in her town, so she cant just easily run into a store and have this fixed before the bill comes out. The rudeness and the fact that they tried to blame the customer for the issue THEY CREATED still baffles me. I will be telling everyone I know in Nixa, Ozark, Springfield, and all other surrounding towns to never go into this store.

We have had a lot of issues with at and t. When the two years is up we’re leaving. If we can wait that long.My wife called today about an issue and the lady made my wife feel dumb. Worst service and worst everything. No one seems to care either so we can’t wait to find a phone service who does care.

Horrible customer service. Walked in and was told “we’ll be with you when we can” as the associate walked into the back room, and there was only one other associate who was already helping someone. We waited another 10 minutes before she noticed her teammates had left her alone, so she tried to help us and her existing customer at the same time. Once we finally were being helped this “manager” was adamant we add another line and change our number to get this “new Samsung phone” for $5 a month. When I repeatedly expressed that I wanted to keep the number we had and asked what other options were available, she said all the other phones were “bad phones” or out of stock, and this is what we had to do. We ended up leaving and going to the Campbell store. I got a new phone with the same number at a reasonable price and had fantastic service. Don’t go here, sometimes there’s a reason there’s no wait.

Daniel went above and beyond with his helping me Olivier a problem with my phone and got me all set with an internet/phone pkg. deal that was best for me financially. We visited the store and Rebecca was amazing. She was on the phone but still a knowledged us as we walked in. She made sure we were well taken are and didnt leave without resolving all our issues. We were trying to activate my husbands phone on a new service line that we signed up for online. She stayed after hours but didnt rush anything. We will ALWAYS go to the Nixa store when she is working.

Do NOT go to this store, unfortunately after spending over $1200 on a new iphone that is defective, we returned within 2 days, we find out that the return policy is void if the phone is defective only good if you just dont like the phone! Daniel the manager refused to stand behind the products he sells but rather forwards the blame to Apple, we didnt buy from Apple, we bought from this store and made the mistake of believing they would honor their return policy since they SOLD a defective phone! The idea that we now have to pay a service fee to repair a BRAND NEW phone or send the phone in for repairs is insane, I also learned that the Nixa store is simply and authorized retailer where as the stores is Springfield are Corporate stores with better customer service & actually honor their return policy! A shame since I really enjoy supporting our community small business owners but never again will I spend money in this store! VERY DISAPPOINTING!

I went in a few weeks ago with a fairly complicated issue with my bill. Id already spoke to customer service and was having a hard time finding a resolution. ATT employee Rebecca greeted me and listened to the issue. She wasnt going to receive commission for this headache, but dove in without hesitation. She made phone calls and acted as liaison between me and customer service. By the end of the visit, Rebecca had brought almost complete resolution to the issue, by thinking outside the box and being a genuinely kind person. If a supervisor reads this, Rebecca needs compensation that indicates how she stands out amongst her peers.

Wife and I switched carriers with some reluctance. Once we walked into the nearest att store in Nixa, we were very warmly greeted by one of the nicest reps Ive dealt with in years. Rebecca was first class from start to finish. She even stayed over just to help us set up our new phones. Wish every store had customer service ppl like her. What a great experience. Thank you

Bought two phones on same day at same time and said yes to insurance on both. Walked out of the store with only one insured (they were training someone) unbeknownst to me. Uninsured phone gets stolen, and they say they cant help me as I should have read the paperwork and realized it wasnt insured. Legally, theyve got me. However, we will never again purchase another AT and T product or service.

Sometimes I really wished it was possible to give zero Stars. AT&T has one of the worst service areas in our area and constantly dropped calls like no ones business. The signal strength is so weak that I cant even go into most businesses. And then they try to sell you DirecTV on top of that which is an f rated company. Ive had so many issues with DirecTV in the past for instance, my mother-in-laws husband passed away and we both had DirecTV so we moved in with her and DirecTV wouldnt let us shut off one of the services so we had to initially get to satellite dishes on the house and continue paying it or pay the penalty. Even though we had a death in the family they wouldnt help us. I constantly everyday reports of my friends who have AT&T saying that they are trying to get customer service help and that theyll credit something or help them in some sort of way will tell them that the supervisor isnt available to even to care to talk to him. I dont understand how AT&T and DirecTV have a customer base.
