Brandon, Anthony, and Nick at the Nixa T Mobile are the BEST!!! I was having the WORST day ever with a phone situation...on hold.getting hung up on..so decided to go into the store and was ANGRY when I walked in...they had my problem solved within 5 minutes. I went back the next day to add a line and.Nick helped me out! Go to Nixa, these guys do those company proud!!

In a recent visit to this store, I was professionally and courteously helped by Shayla and Zoie. They helped resolve. billing question which the T-Mobile call centre did not help me with. I felt like I was in good hands.

A friendly and efficient crew in Nixa T-MOBILE have pleased us to no end. Busy all week but walk on over any weekend and you will have the place to yourself.

It shows three stores all three have moved. The ones that are retail dealers get to set there own price with a 30%mark up. I will be changing carriers as soon as my month is up.

I had the best experience today at the Nixa T Mobile store. Extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. Kenny was very patient and took the time to explain things and got my phone working good again. It was so nice to feel like someone genuinely cared about your issue and was willing to take all the time needed.

I came into this store a few days ago. I need a few things. I had to explain it to them several times before they understood what I said. One guy started helping and he got caught up with a text on his phone and figured that was way more important. I quickly realized I wasn’t going to get anywhere with him so i decided to leave. As we were leaving the guy didn’t even look up from his phone or even say anything at all to me as we were leaving. Very unprofessional and NOT helpful. I will go out of my way to the one on battlefield as they are awesome!!!

Very helpful. I went against their advice and got a phone that was very different than my old one. Turns out I returned it, they were polite about it and helpful. Great customer service.

Very nice sales rep was able to answer my questions. The displays seemed a little on the light side but its a new store. Its going to be way more convenient than running to Springfield every time I need to go to a store.

Not helpful! They didnt know what they were doing. I left and went to another T Moble down the road on Campbell and got someone that knew what they were doing.

Ken and Carson were very helpful in a less than favorable situation. I came in to find out if there is anything to get better reception in my home neighborhood. Ken looked at my phone settings and suggested a minor change. Hoping that this will help oit this situation. Also needed to change from a high dollar multi line phone service to two line service without losing features. Ken waa able to do this effectively.
