Customer service is HORRIBLE at this location. Thought I was getting a new bed,, NOT!!!! I guess they were upset when I complained that it was not new. Actually took them 6 months to provide me what I was paying for in the first place. 6 months same as cash. was a nice option. Worse service I have ever received knew I should have stuck with Aarons, After I paid the final payment I later saw a charge on my account for a warranty, called to inquire Taylor needs work on his customer service skills RUDE is an understatement.

Needed a living room set for only a couple of months, so I went to RAC in Noblesville, In and was pleasantly surprised in the options displayed on their floor. Spoke with Tyler who was very knowledgeable and showed a sense of wanting to help as much as he could. Took the advice of some of the posts on here and went to Aaron’s, and was taken back on how small their showroom was, very limited product and the employee seemed preoccupied and disinterested in discussing a possible agreement. Went back to RAC, picked out the living room set, discussed the agreement with Tyler, set up and delivery date/time, and the entire process went seamlessly. Not a single thing to complain about. Couldn’t have had a better experience. Tyler was patient in answering my questions and was willing to do all he could to make a deal. Highly recommend this store for your future rental needs.
The staff are friendly. If youre having any issues they try to help you as best as they can and if youre looking for something that that store does not carry they will go through their computer and try to find it at another store for you. Tyler the manager of this store will work with you and especially if youve been there a long time like I have he is good at making deals to help you with owning something. Its a nice place.
This is my first time dealing with a rent-to-own place. I just have to say that Tyler and his crew are amazing. Theyve exceeded every expectation. I would definitely recommend going to see them to get what you need!
They do shady business. Tell you the item will be one price then you talk to them about it and they say that was only if you paid it in 6 months. So now you gotta pay more than twice the price that the item isnt even worth.....I do not recommend using this business to buy anything! Cant even be truthful about the WHOLE PROCESS

Every time Ive came in to this store Tyler has always been super nice. Something happened with the couch we wanted and he was right on top of it and got us a really good deal on another couch. Payments are reasonable and he makes sure you understand every part of what you are signing.
Can I put zero stars? The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. Not a single person at this place knows what they are doing. First of all Miss Anita should be a car salesman because she lies to get a sale and then gets you to sign agreements that you’re not aware of. Walked in explaining I wanted to do a month to month payment plan. Anita somehow signed me up for no weekly. Also I was promised that every fifth payment was on them. Come my fifth payment they’re calling me and harassing me about missing a payment. The manager who is the only one who halfway knows what he’s doing apologized and told me HIS STAFF was not properly educated on applying that discount that THEY WERE OFFERING TO EVERYONE WHO WALKED IN, posters plastered around the whole place and all. So he waived the fifth payment for me and told me every fifth payment I need to call him directly to get it waived. Why? Why do I need to jump through hoops because your staff doesn’t know what their doing. The bed is far from what it’s being charged for by the way. Had an issue today where Kirk or Kurt I don’t know his name, told me one price yesterday for my payment due, but then told me a different one today when I called to make payment. They all either don’t know what they’re doing or they don’t care about ripping people off for crappy furniture. How Anita even has a job is beyond me but I’m going to higher authority over it.
Great staff and works with you, helped me through a terrible ordeal and at a great deal.Negative review is obviously of someone who tried to screw them over; racism, really?! Never once have I experienced it with Tyler or any of the crew while in store or at my place, absolutely ridiculous notion.
Awesome staff, great deals, affordable weekly payments that fit your budget. We now have paid off and own 5 things that weve got from there.
All of the employees are GREAT!!! Customer service is wonderful!!! As long as you keep contact with them if your going to be late or if you are going to have any problems just let them know and they will work with you in their best of abilities! I have been working with them for a year and it has been great! Any time I have a problem or concern with any of the products that I have they either switch it or help me out and fix it.
Tyler is the most disrespectful person that I have ever met. The first time he was disrespectful I thought he was having a bad day. The second time he treated me like a child and basically told me what I would do, was going to do, and that he doesn’t “cater” to customers. This was in reference to a payment arrangement. Then after talking to people in the community about how he interacts with people I now understand disrespect to be a personality trait he regularly employs. Unfortunately the disrespect is only directed at certain demographics. Most others he caters to by eliminating payments or taking a lower payoff than what is listed in the contracts. You can also notice by the Google reviews here that he does “help out” and “give great deals” to SOME people.If you are a person of color this is the last place in Noblesville to spend your hard earned cash. Your dollar nor appearance will be respected here.

Got a voicemail from them claiming that my bill is due when I dont even have a bill from them. I dont even know how to get to Noblesville. How can a company request that a bill be paid from a person who isnt even a customer?
Excellent service we recieved from Tyler. We rented a tv there and we now own it after 5 monthly payments. We just rented a bed frame that was a little pricey but Tyler really helped us to get a really good affordable deal to help pay it off in 6 months. We just recieved our bed frame today and it was earlier than we expected. They delivered it to us and put it together for us as well. I’m so so happy with Rent-A-Center and Tyler for helping us out. If you go there ask for him, he is so patient and very understanding!!
Persons of colour DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE.....Lowes, Menards, and Home Depo have scratch and dent appliance for a couple hundred. But if youre really in a bind go to Aarons. Everyone is treated like a person no matter your origin.

The absolute worst customer service Ive ever spoken with! I told them I needed month to month payments. They call me asking for payment. Im out of town and cant make the payment right now so he says he needs me to return the merchandise today. Again I said I wasnt home. He then continues to tell me he will come get it today or tomorrow. Like what part of Im not here dont you understand? They give absolutely no leeway to anyone. If your late on payment they just call you and act all rude like they rule the world. What kind of inconsiderate business doesnt give a little break to their spending customers. LITERALLY ANYONE READING THIS JUST GO TO AARONS!! Much better customer care and they are flexible.
For one thing rent a center is the worst place to go. I recomend Aarons because they work with you all the way even if your behind on payments and they are friendly people at Aarons. So if anyone goes to rent a center walk right back out the door because they are rude and they came to my house really fast to even pick up my stuff I was only behind on one payment thats all so rent a center does not need a business go to aarons rent to own there nice and work with you even if youre having a hard time. For all I know rent a center can go to hell...
We had rented a box truck to move a daughters furniture to South Dakota, but when we got to the rental center to pick it up, they were out of them. We were forced to take a small mini-van and pack it to the hilt for the trip, leaving several items behind. We were very upset, but had no choice in the time allotted for our trip. The redeeming factor was that the manager only charged us $100 for the entire rental time and mileage, a third of what it would have been.

8/29/17 -we purchased a flat screen tv from Tyler who is absolutely amazing. However, his staff need re-training terribly bad! 8/26 Saturday, a missed call from Rent A Center. I shrugged if off as a mistake since it was a quick ring and hung up on their side. 8/29 I had two missed calls from Rent A Center. As a courtesy (thinking this was still a mistake call) I called Rent A Center and spoke to Tyler. He says I only paid $87.22; which made zero sense since I was assured that the bill payer in our household had paid the regular monthly payment. I shared that we are paid in two weeks so we can pay the remaining portion on the 8th of September and the next week (our regularly monthly scheduled amount) we would pay it then) He says he cant wait until our next paycheck that if we can pay for one week then he could extend us. We agreed we would talk on Thursday of this week (August 31). Mind you I am still confused why my family member paid such an odd amount. So, naturally my next call was to my family member who says WAIT I am confused! I paid the monthly regular payment. Of course, I then called Rent A Center again to share I spoke to my family and there must be a mistake with their records to check them because we are monthly and we always pay monthly.He proceeds to say I received $87.22 which is only for two weeks. I said we never agreed to bi-weekly payments we pay monthly. Curtis then says well, your account shows you only paid monthly one time. I disagreed and said that we continue to experience issues and his staff must be mistaken in how they are processing the payments. I actually have gone into the store to make a monthly payment after they errorred on the previous month taking time off work to make sure the account is correct. I said I was going to have to come in there again to get this corrected. He says and I quote, I will notate on your account that only a monthly payment can be made on this account irregardless of the reason! WOW! So, I buy your tv, agree to monthly terms (by the way--they push weekly and bi-weekly constantly despite by continual repeating we are MONTHLY!! At this point, I am so disgusted with his lack of professionalism and tone I stated, you know what I do not care anymore referencing his lack of professionalism and inaccuracy of my account; rather than accept that I may be correct here; he was adamant they were right and harshly stated, JUST RETURN IT THEN!! With that type of attitude I may JUST DO THAT CURTIS! YOU should be fired. I am beginning to believe strongly you are deliberately altering my account to recoup more finance charges; I will sue you in court over this if you do not correct my account. Believe that!
