Ok experience

The customer service here is always well above average. They will help you with anything, where other stores may not be as willing. After my surgery I couldnt lift heavy objects and they are always more than willing to help carry in/out. Its clean, stocked and I always return for all of these reasons! Keep up the great work Napa! Absolutely the best service for single women. Scott was awesome. I felt comfortable that he was not taking advantage and offered to install my windshield wipers for free. Ray Skillman Mazda quoted me $39.95 on the west side and Ray Skillman Mazda on the Northeast side quotes me $50 for windshield wipers and installation. Scott at Napa in Noblesville did it all for $21.38. My new favorite place for auto parts.

As far as I am concerned this is one of the only auto parts stores in Hamilton County where the man on the other side of the counter selling you Parts knows more about what you are working on then you do. I dont ever remember being given the wrong parts. They always go the extra mile including looking through a paper catalog instead of just whats online to find you exactly what it is that you are looking for.

Didnt go to that place but I do like the one in Noblesville

First off, this Napa Auto Parts branch is nothing like the overly commercialized and knowledgeless auto parts store like auto zone and others! The people behind the counter here know a lot about different automobile and actually can help you and suggest parts, troubleshooting techniques, and tips and tricks that actually work and help you make things easier! The parts here may be more expensive but they are backed by warranties and guarantees that make it worth the price! I will only recommend Napa Auto Parts, and no place else!
