The staff was nice and very helpful with what I was looking for . They have a nice selection of candles, hand creams and soaps . Definitely will be back at this location to shop more

First visit here. So many wonderful items to choose from. Pleasant and very helpful staff there to help you find what you are looking for.

This was the first time Ive been into their new store. It was very nice very clean.

There is no doubt they have awesome fragrances......BUT, if you dont have a ton of money you are only walking out with one little bottle of something. Their prices are crazy! SO expensive!

It was super busy, but there were plenty of associates to help. I got this three wick candle on sale for $14 and did the five hand soaps for $23 deal as well. I was disappointed they didnt have any of their previous fall scents in their candles. Their vanilla pumpkin candle is the best candle Ive smelled in my life, and it filled my entire house with its awesomeness! Im hoping this scent will come close to being as good!

Staff was very helpful and friendly. They are still requiring face masks so its difficult to smell the scents however my house now smells amazing! So glad I went!

Wow amazing store! Trish is always super helpful and kind, makes the experience here so much better and I never leave with a candle my family doesnt like!

The prices here are very high for just average products. Only worth going when there is a sale. It was crowded when I went, but I have seen them keeping lines at other times. I hope to see more covid prevention in this store

Went the last day of the candle sale. They staff were friendly and well organized. Was able to receive the help needed and check out quickly.

A treat as always. Everyone so pleasant. Greeted with wonderful aroma the minute you entered. Now handed a large paper bag to shop with for sanitary purposes. Great place as always. Light, bright, and helps make the day great.

They are doing an awesome job with social distancing; only allowing a certain number in. As always the ladies were pleasant!

Very friendly staff. Helpful with explanation of sale items and coupons. I like that they give you a bag to shop with so you dont have to touch a basket that others touch.

If stores are going to change their hours they need to update them on their webpage and on google. Its 2021 and this technology is a click away, I cant find an excuse.

Everyday there is a deal on your favorite scent. The only draw back is you have to have their emails coming to you to cash in on each daily deals. This can get discouraging, not everyone is a media junkie and thats what you have to do to catch the best prices for their products. Also you can spend hundreds of dollars on their products and they do not have a waiver for free shipping or money off during your shopping period.Sorry but you are stuck with a big bill, plus shopping online with a service rep will do nothing to help you off set some of the fees. There is also no doubling of coupons, so the ones that are shipped to you with your orders are useless. They need to start recognizing their frequent shoppers as well as their customers who spend lots of money for their products. If they start doing that, they can get a 5-star rating from me.

Great products. Good service. Some great sales. If not part of the sale it is a bit expensive. Still like this place.

You literally have it posted everywhere online that you close at 8 PM and I got here at 10 after 7pm to locked doors and a handwritten sign. Unprofessional and I will take my business elsewhere

The staff was incredible today! They were having a big holiday sale, so the store was very busy. They were quick to check people out, and helpful on the floor in finding items.

On line it said that the store opened at 10 but the store didnt open until 11. There were lots of us waiting and very unhappy.

Its a great place to buy candles, that is if they are on sale.

Theyre pretty pushy now, and hover around you like youre trying to rob them, and they got rid of my favorite scents, and now EVERYTHING is coconut something, I know its spring and all now but not everyone wants to smell like a tanning salon.
