Male receptionist is rude to my daughter every time she comes. I had to go in and help solve an issue she was having. This receptionist interrupted my conversation with another employee. I let him know a little kindness goes along way. He called me something derogatory and then proceeded to call both mall security and the police on me for replying to his comment. Do not frequent this ridiculous establishment!

I have been going to European Wax Centers for a number of years and have held passes for different services. I arrived five minutes early at the Noblesville, Indiana center and told them my name. I then used the restroom and it wa filthy. I came out and told the young woman and someone went back to clean it.I then proceeded to wait for 20 minutes before someone asked me what I was there for. I said I had told the young woman when I came in. Apparently they hadn’t registered me and someone noticed I had been sitting there a long time. It was not at all busy when I was there. I was the only person sitting there. No one apologized or said anything to me. The only saving grace about the whole experience was the esthetician Sara. She was very nice and did a great job of waxing. This center is not run well. I have never had an experience at one of your Centers like this.

Highly recommended Tori; she is quick, thorough, and helpful with my product regiment for aftercare. Plus, she is easy to talk to, making that useful in distracting me from my wax. I didn’t catch the name of your front desk staff, but she was helpful as well and very welcoming.

SO disappointed, they don’t care about customers. I canceled a package before the 30 day time frame from having a severe allergic reaction to the wax. They said it was canceled. Today I got charged again even though I canceled it already. They said I can only get in store credit. I’m allergic????? And I originally cancelled within the time frame but now they are charging me $25 for it being out of that time frame because who ever I spoke to three weeks ago clearly didn’t do her job although she assured me it was canceled.. I CANCELED IT THREE WEEKS AGO! I can’t use this in store credit because I’m allergic. You people are horrible!! Absurd they won’t give me my $81 back as a refund when they messed up. I am livid

I did leave a message weeks ago and no one ever got back with me. I have called the store Several times and no one answers. Today I finally got ahold of someone a manager and she said someone would call me back. Please look at the message and call me when you can. I do not appreciate being treated like that.

So I decided to try this place out for the first time before my vacation. Sara was the one who did my Brazilian bikini wax . Horrible job I just noticed once I arrived home after my appointment I still have hair in different areas it looks horrible . And i still have to shave unfortunately . $60 went to waste I will never return back.

Had gotten my very 1st Brazillian done by the lovely Ashley A. I was very scared and timid but Ashley was able to talk me through the whole process from end to finish while educating me on the importance of waxing (she definitely knows her stuff!!). 1000/10 would recommend! I’m a regular customer and I usually have no issues. During my last visit however, I was very disappointed. I scheduled an appointment for a time after I get off of work, however, my appointment was moved to an earlier time WITHOUT my permission. I arrived 30 mins earlier than my original scheduled appointment time and explained my confusion. I had an email confirmation saying one time and a reminder notification saying another. The receptionist said they were busy for the day and I was denied service. I don’t see how it was appropriate for them to move my appointment without my permission not knowing my schedule. I’ll have to find a more reliable wax center

I get my waxing done by Anastasia. She is very professional and always makes me feel comfortable. She is very knowledgeable of products and just all around a pleasure to talk to.

Wonderful first experience! Front desk staff welcomed me with smiles and were super friendly upon my arrival. I had an appointment with Ashlee! She was great! She made sure to answer all of my questions and did an excellent job! Overall it’s a Wonderful place! I will return.

So had some initial frustrations that could not get a hold of anyone. I went in salon and told them what was happening to find phone chord wasn’t in all the way preventing them from answering. Front desk did make it right and got me in right away so I wouldn’t have to travel all the way back. So thank you!

Went in looking like Chewbacca, came out feeling like Boss Baby. This was my first wax ever and I’m extremely happy with the results. Ashley made me feel like a million bucks. Definitely will be back for a follow up with her. Five stars without a doubt.

Stopped in a few weeks ago to see if I needed an appointment. I was told I don’t need an appointment. Great! I live an hour away and never exactly know my schedule. Stopped in today for a service and was told that I did need an appointment. Very frustrating since I drove an hour just to come here. Would’ve been nice to have been told this when I asked the first time. Complete waste of time.

Kristle is amazing. There isnt a time I go in that shes not smiling. She loves doing her job. I cant tell when she is having a bad day. Shes always full of service and willing to be accommodating to her guest. I have sensitive skin and at first I hated getting service done but shes so good now I continuously come back to her.The location is in a good area. I wish it had better parking but its a mall so its not terrible. The front desk staff is always friendly. I recommend scheduling with you specialist always although walk-ins are always welcome!

Very professional and friendly service

This is my second time getting waxed in Indiana and by far my worst experience . I’ve been getting waxed for over 3 years and my “specialist” seemed to lack some training. I know the pain that comes with waxing, but I noticed some preventable mistakes were made that I was NOT pleased with. I didn’t feel pampered the way I have at other EWCs. I felt I was not handled with the best care and my overall experience did not feel professional.

My visit was amazing! My specialist (Ashlee) was extremely patient and professional. She explained what she was doing and kept tabs on my comfort level. I felt taken care of and thats really what I value most. The front desk staff was very friendly and engaging and treated me like I was the only customer for the day. I recommend this place to anyone who wants recieve good quality services that promote taking care of you! Next appointment in four weeks! 😊

I am amazed by the results every time & I can really tell a difference in the way my hair has been coming back in in the areas I get waxed. Ashley has also helped me find the right options for me as far as skin care that will ensure I am satisfied with my results even when it gets to the four week point. Adrea has been a wonderful esthetician, providing me with astute guidance on skin care. She is professional, easy to talk to, and provides quick, minimal-pain experiences. Bonus: I am not a big fan of products normally, but the Slow It body wash is remarkably effective at slowing hair regrowth. If youve never tried waxing, go and ask for Adrea. She will make the process very pleasant!

Alona was my go-to girl before I moved! Shes super nice and makes great conversation whole youre being waxed. Very welcoming, skilled, and knowledgeable. I wish I could see her again! Facility is clean and the GM, Robyn, will bend over backwards to help you if you happen to have an issue (which was very rare in the year and a half I was a regular here). Highly recommended

Came in Saturday for my first visit to European wax center feeling very hesitant but felt great when I left!! I was very nervous about having my eyebrows waxed because I have had bad experiences but my wax specialist ASHLEE N explained everything she was doing and was very gentle!! She then showed me how to fill my brows in with makeup!!! 10/10!! WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!! Thank you so much Ashlee!!!! YOU ROCK!!! Looking forward to returning to this establishment

This was my first time ever having a wax and it was super quick and easy. I had Taylor, who was super knowledgable and made me feel super comfortable. The place was lovely and everyone was nice and accommodating.

This was my second time getting a Brazilian and I had an AMAZING experience. Taylor did such a great job, and made sure everything was perfect before letting me leave!! Last time I had an awful experience (pain wise), but this time was a breeze! Taylor was very gentle and efficient, and I would definitely recommend going to her! I was just getting this done for spring break, but I am considering coming every 4 weeks because of how great my experience was. I will be requesting Taylor everytime :)

I told the lady I was very nervous because I had been to people who have ruined my brows before.... she left me looking horrendous. My eyebrows now have no shape at all and they look terrible. Thank god my first time is free, I wouldn’t have paid anyway! I will never come back again. I wish I could post pictures of before and after.

I was really nervous getting my first bikini line wax and my specialist did not help. She was very unfriendly and seemed to be in a bit of a rush. She rushed through my waxing so much that she even ended up pinching my skin with the tweezers so hard she made me bleed. I now not only have a terribly uneven wax but also a little gash that’s very sensitive. On top of all that I had to come home and tweeze myself to make things look at least a little even. Very embarrassing and disappointing

I had the most amazing customer service this afternoon with Taylor! This was my first time ever in a Europen Wax and I will for sure consider it for future waxing experiences. She was amazing and made me feel beautiful. I haven’t had my eyebrows done in a lot time but there is always that worry that someone will mess them up. Taylor made me feel like my eyebrows are already the style that everyone try’s to get and the end result was amazing!! She introduced me to eyebrow powder too to make them look even more amazing and I’m obsessed. Yes I did buy it when I was there but man it was a perfect match and with two kids, it’s easier to just buy something when you find it. I have made my appointment for the future and can’t wait to go back again!!Thank you Taylor

This place is one of the greatest wax centers I’ve ever attended the staff is wonderful and Amber helped me out tremendously and she’s awesome I recommend this center 10 out of 10 to anybody. The pricing and the deals they have you can’t compete thanks Amber and staff!!

Do yourself a favor and stay away from Sarah. I tried to give her tips so she wouldnt continue to hurt me, but she knew more than I did. For the first time in over 15 years of waxing, I left before the service was complete. It is 3:30 PM, and my service was done at 12:30. I still feel the pain! Normally by The time I get home I dont feel a thing. (Sara) needs to listen, and she needs more training. Unless you really want to be hurt on your Brazilian wax, I strongly suggest not going to her. Since the front desk told me she was experienced, I will never go back. If she is their best, I am totally afraid for Their future clientele at this location😕

I have been getting my eyebrows, arms, and taint waxed for years at another facility. When I moved, I tried European Wax Center in Hamilton town center in hopes for my new place. I was introduced to Sarah G and she did a piss poor job. The wax was far from painless and very quick. I was in and out under 30 minutes. The girls up front made me feel weird, for being a man that waxes regularly, and I look foward to never seeing Sarah again. And if you tip the Staff, on multiple occasions I have been massaged.. and felated as well. GREAT SERVICE! WILL BE RETURNING!!

Elizabeth did a terrible job. After over an hour I was left with only patches of hair removed. I was asked to pay & then come back at 3 to have Kayla redo it. I did but only because I had a flight to Cancun to catch. There was no manager available. They said she was out of town & call me the next week. I never got a call so I called her (Kristen). She offered to put $10 on my account. When you spend over $100 for services & spend hours of your time because they dont know what they are doing, $10 doesnt get me back in the door. Also there are certain things employees & managers shouldnt say. This place just isnt classy. Employees & managers need training & also need training on their products.

Scheduled my appointment 4 weeks in advance...after 3.5 weeks realizing I wasn’t ready for another Brazilian, moved my appt out another two weeks so I’d also be fresh for a vacation. Arrived 15 minutes early and after waiting 10 minutes, waxer comes out and says she’ll be another 10 minutes. Didn’t feel like waiting 20 min + for an appt I scheduled so early and was worried about what was taking so long. Ended up cancelling my appointment
