The printing service is the worst! Ordered the brochure choosing their own template. Used high resolution pictures and the final print looks like it was printed in draft mode on a home pinter. That bad! . Ink on the folds are also chipping. Second and last time using their printing services. My mistake giving it a second chance. Just decided to do it as the marketing manager was really nice the first time. Unfortunately not worth it. If you need same day printing use your printer at home and dont waste your money here.

The printing went very poorly. I brought in my own label sheet and their printer ruined it as well with a ton of smudges. Sadly I won’t be printing here.

Never again will I order from Staples and have it delivered. Took 2 days off work to make sure I get my items and 2 days in a row that they was supposed to arrive, get pushed back a day. They may be ok purchasing things they have in stock, but desk and chairs are not. I have an entertainment center I ordered from Walmart after purchase from Staples and I got that before Staples could get me my product. And my entertainment center came from Colorado. Your emails/app/agents are not even on the same page. Everybody is lost.

I do not live in Noblesville, but have visited this store 2-3 times. I have found service there to vary from sales associate to sales associate. The range is from average to very good. Product selection used to be a bit better, but it is still pretty good. Paper and other office supplies is good, and prices are compatible. You can order online, and have them delivered to the local store or office or home. Their selection of desktop printers is good, their selection of computers is not as good as Best Buy, but when on sale, prices are pretty good. There is a slide with hours. I visited the Staples in Noblesville IN recently. I cannot express my appreciation for the superior customer service I received from Makayla L. In the Printing Department. She went above & beyond to assist me~ wanted the work to be perfect. Not only did she show genuine care & concern, she was serving 3 customers at one time ~ no one to help her. She never got stressed & continued in a very productive & professional manner. Such a friendly young lady willing to go the extra mile. She is truly an asset to this Staples store!! Thank you Makayla!!!

At first service was prompt I bought a Wide format printer (larger than most) office chair and misc. supplies right at $800 had hand in cast ask for help loading in car and since he was visibly upset I didnt purchase extended warranty I was ignored and had to load myself would have given this visit a zero stars if I could

I called this store ahead of time to see if they had a particular printer in stock. They said they have two in stock. An hour later I show up and they said they dont have them! So with an employees help, I ended up buying another one. This printer is the biggest piece of junk Ive ever owned. I cant even set it up. My network cant find it but no worry, I have the option to use a particular cable to set it up! But wait, it didnt come with the printer. Thanks, staples.

Worst service ever! The employees insisted on me using the self-printer. When I told them it wasnt working they tried to assist me at the printer with no success. I had to almost beg them to just do their job and print it for me! I was in the store about 3 times longer than I wouldve been if they wouldve just helped me the first time! From now on Ill just go to the one on 96th Street

Visited Noblesville store yesterday for copies and other purchases Staff didnt greet didnt speak very unfriendly. Im visiting family from out of state. What happen to Hoosler Hospitality. This group didnt even acknowledge each other. I couldnt get out of this store fast enough. Sad!

We had the worse experience at this store. When I asked a young lady if she worked there so I could ask her a question, she started looking all around here as though she wasnt sure, so I asked her if she had to think about it. Make a long story short, we left without buying anything and went to Best Buy instead. I have no idea how they stay in business, smh
