Im lowering my rating to 3 stars. I like the service and I like the employees. However, Im still being charged a group fee that doesnt benefit me at all. I was promised at one time that it would be taken off, but apparently corporate requires it to be included. For myself, it costs me $250 per year. Thats $1.50 per item per week. Pay attention, ask questions people.

I have purchased many items over the years. at Ace but after what I witnessed yesterday at your Norfolk store yesterday I will never go back!! I watched the manager, I believe her name is Maria, scream at an employee because he didnt make a sale. Had she taken the time to listen she would have heard that the customer was just going to go get measurements at his home. I have been in the store before and overheard her ask customers to pur chase something and bring it back so she could get her numbers but yesterday she was horrible!!! If this is the type of people you choose to hire then I will be spreading the word to my friends to take their business to Aarons from now on.

Chris Maria and Jacob are all grat people. Everytime I walk into the store its always a good conversation with them. Never had any problems and will continue to go there for purchases

I would give ZERO stars if possible for the manager, Maria Vigil. She has no customer service skills and is very rude to customers. Its a shame because the assistant manager, Dulce Salgado was very friendly and talked me into renting with them again once paying off items only to be disappointed by the Managers bad attitude when I came in to pay on the new item. She was so hostile and rude I just chose to immediately pay the item off so I would never need to deal with her again. A shame because we had purchased several items over a long period of time.

If I ever choose to do business with yall again. It wont be as long as Maria is the store manager. She doesnt do anything but yell and cry. She had a meltdown in front of 4 customers and doesnt care about how her team feels. I will choose to do business with either of the Chriss before her any day.

Yesterday i atopped i to make my payment and i explained to them that my tv wasnt connecting to my satellite. That i thought i needed a hdmi cord and since i got my tv there with my living room set he got me one. I called him back and told him thank you because it worked and i have tv. I have had great service with them and appreciate their help.

Worst customer service ever. Always put on hold just to make a payment and get transfered to another line and they never picked up. They dont work with their customers and are the rudest people ever. Dont even waste your time.
