Went in looking for stereo equipment....was shown a kit and financed for everything quick and easy process the staff here were very helpful they went above and beyond with fixing my door handle also when they had the door panel off would definitely recommend anyone to go check out this lovely store its grrrreeat

We went to other stores and found out the style and colors were not able to be matched at the same time for sets. The sales rep didnt seem interested in what we wanted. midcity was totally opposite. Nice, easy to talk to showed what the could do with sets.

They had what we were looking for and Jason is so helpful with all of my husbands questions. Brought our new T.V. home and mounted it to the wall to find out it was damaged. I thought we were just out but I called Jason and he said bring it back. He exchanged the broken one for a new one! I was very impressed and happy. We will be shopping there again.

Pleasant buying experience

I visited to find some specific items. What I found was high prices and reluctant service associates. I was left alone to wander the store for half an hour before an associate came over to talk with me about what I wanted. Then, she advised me to go to a different store because she said she just knows Im not going to be happy with what they have to offer. Actually, she was right. And I will be happy to not return to that store.

MidCity Superstore upgraded my stereo in my boat with a Memphis 10 sub, 5 channel amp, reconfigured some wiring for my speakers and install XM radio. It sounds better than I expected and looks amazing!!! Everyone there was awesome. I definitely will use them in the future and highly recommend them!!! Great Job and Thank You for the best stereo on the water!!!

Friendly knowledgeable staff

Voided my lifetime warranty. Paid cash for new sectional was uneven on the floor told me that was normal and should be on carpet. Couch doctor fixed it after taking it to his shop. And it got scratched on the way. They left that alone. Got it back and screws kept falling out. Made of cardboard I think for the foot rest. They told I just needed to put bigger screws in. Why would I have to do this it came completely assembled. Next cable snapped for foot rest. They told me factory voided my lifetime warranty and they did nothing to back it up. This was in the first few months. Later randomly ups calls says they have a package at office its the cable in a box. Must have to do my own repairs now to. I would give them zero stars but thats not an option. Buyers beware. Maybe finance so at least you have leverage. Took my hard earned cash and stiffed me. I store it and cant even use it makes me sick. I was buying locally and they win.

Better pricing than Omaha stores consistently!VERY knowledgeable staff which means a ton to us ... it’s never fun to get the wrong item and regret such a large purchase ... so many places nowadays have “invisible” or non existing staff who don’t truly know anything (very annoying)!Mid City is VERY friendly, courteous and knowledgeable and super competitive without having to fight for a great price!!Just bought our 4th Big screen from them this month... in the last 6 years they’ve made our research and choosing so easy and were cheaper than anyone else when we checked prices!!HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
