Cute little grocery store. Our checker was Jett, a nice young man. I have never heard of putting flaming cheetos on the outside of sushi but it looks interesting. I didn’t try the flaming hot Cheetos sushi. Nice store. It was clean and well lit.

I love Hy-vee. They have amazing produce. You can get a great hot meal for you and your family. Huge selection of sliced fresh meat, salads, different breads, bakery items, and butcher shop items. Its all fresh.

Very disappointed in this store. Ordered a meal to go, it was not correct. When we called To talk to a manager they just said no ones available and hung up on us. Then we called again to see if we could find someone to talk to and they said it was the wrong hyvee. The food was absolutely horrible. We did not get what we asked for. And the servings were supposed to be for 8 people however the containers that we got werent even half full. They will not be receiving my business again. I cannot understand Why we were dodged on the phone so much. And I cannot also believe that there is no manager on duty.

So I had to order one of my best friends a birthday cake.With the kind of year that was 2020,it was something really important to me.I live in another state so my credit card kept being blocked as potential fraud.Amber took care of my order and kept trying to process the payment(we played phone tag for a few hours)We figured out an alternative payment and a dear friend was surprised by his awesome birthday cake.Amber,thank you for being all kinds of nice that day and helping me with my order.I am truly grateful for your awesome attitude and your great customer service.Sincere appreciation!!!

The service during the evening wasnt very friendly and the vegetables for sale were horrible. They had mold, were soft, and had black spots on them. I was very disappointed.

Do yourself a favor and choose a different pharmacy. They stole all the money off our card cause it got declined. Trying to change 250 some dollars for a vitamin you can get for 20 on Amazon. Thought they meant 2.50. then they gave me the run around and tryd refusing to give us the money back. I have medicare and blue cross. This is theft and a nice scam they got going on for themselves.

I love the people at Hy-Vee East! Theyre helpful and friendly. The prices arent always as low as other places, but I spend it anyway. If I have ever wished they had a product I couldnt find, theyre always good at looking it up and getting it. The pharmacy people are super helpful. Ive been going there for a long time, and see no reason to switch.

I used their grocery pickup service for the first time. I had issues with the site, however, when I tried to set up a pick up time. When the time came close to pick them up it would say I didnt schedule it. So I called and was advised to use the app (Hy-Vee aisles online) and it worked! I went to pick up my groceries at the scheduled time and they were quick, polite, and I didnt even have to get out of my car! Great experience overall!

For it being the only grocery store in Norfolk besides Walmart I dont really care for the Hy-Vee store their products are getting way expensive just like Walmart is they dont offer as much the customer service good times that theyre okay but their prices my God they are ridiculous

They have what you need. High in some areas, but they have great produce. Hope there are plans to stay open 24 hours again when the Covid crisis is past.

I prefer this HyVee to the one by Walmart in Norfolk. It just feels like the people care more here than at the other store.

Nice folks for the most part. The change in hours just before the covid craziness was not good for overnight people like me. One last comment QUIT TRYING TO MAKE US USE SELF CHECK OUT. Will continue to shop at hyvee but if customer service is to much to ask for it will not be as exclusive as before.

There staff is friendly and knowledgeable. If they arent able to answer your question they make sure they find somebody that can. They have a great variety of foods. They offer a buffet they offer delis pre-made food cakes the whole nine yards they are great store. Their prices are reasonable.

Horrible ate breakfast there 1st time couple years...Biscuits were dry and hard never again

The only thing missing here is botted curry cooking sauce. The store is clean . The people are friendly and seem to be hard working. A great food court area provides comfort food as well as Chinese and pizza. The bar and grill area is outstanding. Drink and menu, with the best hamburgers in the area.up date They now carry bottled cooking curry.

Stephanie in the bar is awesome. Every time I go to the store I will definitely see if she is working. Great wings great tap choices. Ugh the bathroom is so far.

Ate at the newly updated bar and grill for the first time. Took over 30 minutes to get our food, even when the place wasnt busy. The two people with me that ordered the weekly all you can eat wings special really didnt get all you can eat. From the time I paid for the meal to the time they got their second plate of wings was 1hr and 30 minutes!!! Unfortunately this first impression will keep me from trying it again.

Well it was all good until I was hoping they would ask for my fuel savers. They did not, but I did not want to be a rude customer and bring it up so I walked away without my fuel saver being asked for.

Hyvee is always the best

Prices can be high but I like earning the fuel saver points. Better to go later at night or early morning when they are less busy or expect to wait in line for a while. Customer service is always great they are very willing to help you find what you need.

So unfriendly and not limiting people on how much essentials they are allowed to buy!! Time to start limit it people!! Sick of empty shelves!!!

Always good options, a surprising amount of good craft beer on tap, and delicious food. Plus, you can get your groceries right after happy hour! Cant beat that.

Locally focused grocery store with mainstream products. Produce is not as good as it could be. Just added new grill / restaurant with modern decor, healthy foods as well as comfort foods. Serve beer, liquor, and wine at grill.

Not nearly as organized or as friendly as the other Hyvee off of Pasewalk. Still not a bad store but given the choice id visit the other one
