Not particularly happy with the scheduling, 2 weeks turned into 7. However very pleased with The way they handled what turned out to be a small repair. They brought to my attention some worn bushings and shims and I proactively did that work. They are ips certified and I am sure volvo does not just hand that out. They only had my drive ..I expect that had my boat been there the work would have started earlier. Once they started they stayed on the project. I would use them again.

I have experienced two instances where both the service and the responsiveness were poor. I attempted to discuss my concerns with the office manager and found little interest in resolving my issue. I will not do business with them again.
