The sales at SM are maddening. I left with so many pairs of summer shoes. 50% off most high quality shoes. The ladies that helped my daughter and I were phenomenal employees. They helped move my bags and took my boxes to the counter. It’s not often that sales staff show you options and happily check the back of the store to make your shopping experience more fun! They engaged in a way that made us feel appreciated to patronize their store. I loved their energy. I left with comfortable and sexy options to spice up my summer work and play wardrobe. Thanks ladies!

Great sale going on, very stylish shoes and my new favorite spot to keep up with fads! The going rate for most shoes was between $80-$120 but they are attention getting!

Ordered a pair of boots from Maria on 12/5/20. Attempted to return them to Maria on 1/8/21 because they did not fit and Maria informed me that the return policy goes by the order date, not received date, and I would need to contact customer service for a refund.I obliged, leaving the boots with Maria and taking a card with the order information written on it. However, I called customer service this morning and they informed me that they are unable to process refunds for store orders.Now, on 1/9/21, I do not have boots, a refund, or store credit. I feel completely robbed and will return to speak to a manager.

Yes the store has a good selection of merchandise at reasonable prices .but the customer service was the worst I ever experience on 8/19/2019 .needed a quick pair of sandals drove over to Steve madden outlet since it was only a 12 min drive from my hotel room . Karen who was clearly agitated from the moment I entered the store and was not welcoming. I wanted to order a pair of sandals that wasnt in stock but was unsure of the sizing on the particular shoe ..she stated that since she was the only one there for the next hour I needed to choose quickly so others can be assisted .really !! I was appalled,,than when I told her never mind Ill look someplace else, she began to tear up my order form in front of me and curse under her breath I couldnt believe it !! This associate clearly needs to be retrained in customer service skills .wish I could give zero stars .

I enjoyed the uniqueness of this store. Peaks my interest to come again. Not for everyone though I personally assume.
