Purchased a phone from Rico and a month later the screen went black no my phone was never dropped in water or on in hard or soft surface I called to complain he hung up on me do not buy a phone from him if it’s not in the original package or you will take your phone back to be fixed he won’t refund you neither

The store was closed when we got there and my friend got her phone fixed only to have to go back again bc it was still broken but the owner was very friendly and business like gave her a small discount and proceeded with business way to go guy you did well

I was sold a sim card that was reported lost or stolen. Lost $37.10 on the sim card and will more than likely never get it back.
