This 2 person they are the unprofessional person that can have this store they even bothered to answer my question and even look at the phone what I was explaining to them, my question was just activated the tracking setting on the location and they stay that I have to go the store where we get the phone it just makes not sense to store by store is the same they just don’t want to do their jobs and been rude no words
Effective problem solving and explanation
Justin did a great job helping me choose a plan. I went to the Verizon on Colley Ave in Norfolk and I will be making this my phone my permanent store after the great service I received.
The phone agent was great! However, I did discover I wascharged over $100 dollars in unauthorized fees. Charges included Redux membership -$29.99, Set up and gofee for two devices -$29.99x2, and insurance on a hot spot device- $12.00 monthly. None of the fees were discussed or explained. There was no opportunity to choose or consent to these charges.The hot spot was free but I just discovered I have to pay $10 monthly for two years. I even asked if there were any hidden fees. Technically, the $10.00 a month goes to Verizon but the answer of no was misleading. I feel like I was trusting because the agent was so helpful. Unfortunately I pay my bill automatically and didnt discover promptly. I looked into the billing when I discovered my deceased husbands name was now connected with my personal number. I will not visit this establishment again and dont understand why Verizon would make them an authorized dealer. If you visit this chain please ask about Redux, Setup and go, insurance, and monthly charges on any free products.

This review was written by Jeff M from your store on my behalf without my knowledge. When transferring the contents of my old phone to the new phone I noticed Jeff typing on the phone, at the time I didnt think anything of it since I trusted your employee. Reading this review I now know why he was typing. This is a huge violation of privacy and a very bad look on your company. I hope that this issue will not continue and can be resolved. Once again my time spent at the store was good but writing a review from someones account without their knowledge is not only shady but a violation of trust and privacy. This is the best store for the best wireless carrier. My girlfriend and I went in to upgrade our phones. We were taken care of by Jeff. Now, not only is Jeff very knowledgeable about the phones, but he also just has this great personality. It was a pleasure working with him. In a relatively short period of time, he had our phones set up with the protective glass and all of our pics, music, and apps transferred over. It was awesome having a great new phone all ready to go. Go to Ghent and see Jeff. You will receive the best service possible.

Pros:* zero waiting for a salesperson* phone I wanted was available (I confirmed this through the Verizon website)* setup was pretty painless and seamless* while the clerk offered additional products, they werent forced on me* courteous employees and Id go back to this location again even though its not the closest or most convenient for meCons:* the phone wasnt free* activation wasnt free* setup wasnt free* but what are you gonna do?
I was having problems with my phone and I came to this store and the associate berry was very kind and answered every question I had and help fix the problem 😁 I highly recommend.... such great service
I went to the Verizon store at 2019 Colley Avenue, thinking it was a true Verizon store. It was not. It was a 3rd party authorized retailer and the experience was poor. I was given a tablet, repeatedly assured it was a gift. I discovered later that there were monthly access fees and I had unknowingly agreed to a 2-year contract/commitment to paying those monthly fees. There was also a $50 restocking fee for returning the gift. I was charged a $69.99 Comserve Advantage fee which was not disclosed to me. My service was reduced from 4G month to 2G per month. When I asked why my service had been reduced, I was told my usage history was well under 2G and it would save me money. Upon checking, I discovered that, I used over 5G of data last month. I was not given a receipt, nor any accounting of the charges until 2 days later when I went into the store and requested it. I would steer very clear of this store. I have had excellent experiences at the Verizon store on Military Highway and will stick to that one.

Charity sat with me for over 5 hours while she helped me back up my new phone, and helped me with all of my other phone needs. She is incredibly professional and patient and has secured all of my future Verizon business. Kate was also on staff and was incredibly friendly and professional as well. This time I was helped by Kyan Manley, he must be new this was my first time seeing him but when i say he was very helpful, friendly and his customer service skills were at 100%! Came right in and got what i needed help with and was out within no time. I will definitely be back to see them again every time I’m having issues with my phone.
Justin assisted me with a billing issue I had, which I believe was not a typical customer assist at this store. In addition he was able to set up an easier way to pay the bill online if I desired to use it. Last but not least, he was able to lower my monthly fee. A great experience overall. Made my day!

I’ve had very good experiences at this store. My first visit, Justin helped me unlock my phone so that I could insert my new SIM card that we had set up online when we decided to switch to Verizon. I then came back a couple of days later because I was not receiving calls or texts, and Justin immediately knew what the problem was and got me connected to the Verizon Port Department so my issue could get fixed.
Justin was awesome. Extremely knowledgeable about the phones we wanted and helped my husband and I upgrade our phones quickly. This is our first time at this location and we will definitely return if we ever need anything again.

Save yourself some hassle and go to a corporate store. They will charge 30$ for SIM card and 40$ for activation fee then Verizon also charges an activation fee. The agent made it seem like it was Verizon’s fee. There was no discussion of fees before we started. They also did my the service of signing me up for device protection that I did not request without asking me about it.Update: called and was told the setup fee would be refunded but it was never refunded. Called back a week later to follow up and was told by someone else that it was not refundable and they couldn’t help me.

You know.... I went to this Verizon store this morning frustrated that my phone was no longer working and anticipating an expensive endeavor. But I have to say that the amazing customer service I received from Tony really made this visit so incredibly smooth and painless. Tony was so gracious, patient, and knowledgeable that I left there actually happy I had to spend money on a new phone! ( my 6 plus finally gave out). And in a world lacking GOOD customer service, it was awesome to see that this stores high standards in assisting their customers was apparent and put to use effectively. Friday morning I walked in with my IPhone which I had lost (& found again, but it had been run over by cars & was dead). Jeff Bond was helping my friend Jim, & when he was free he walked me through the whole process, including getting me a new IPhone, better data plan, & discovering ways to cut my monthly phone bill. He took his time & did a great job, showing concern for my situation as well as handling other issues from walkin & phone customers. I was extremely happy with my experience here, particularly when compared to another location, & would happily recommend this location to anyone!

Awful experience. I called ahead with my question and based on the (incorrect) information given I went to the store. I was kept waiting for 45 minutes and no one bothered to ask me what I was looking for. After I was finally seen, the incompetent store employee could not help me. Verizon lost a $1,200 sale and I will be purchasing my new phone directly from the manufacturer.
