I bought an All in One Desk Top to work from home. They set everything up for me. I am Very pleased and when I walk into the store they remember me. Shout out to the manager; shes kind and knowledgeable and really treats her staff with respect. Thanks you guys!

I come here regularly for all of my office supplies. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. They always ask to help me with loading my large or heavy items into my truck, they even help me figure out the best coupons to use at checkout.

I bought a new laptop and it did not work. I took it into the store for help and they could not fix the problem but charged me $50 for tech support, but my computer was still not fixed....so I paid them $50 for nothing and was VERY disappointed in their customer service. When I asked for a refund on this defective laptop, they were rude and told me that they had worked HOURS to try and fix it, but, again, it was still not fixed!!! They did not offer me another computer or ask, how can we possibly help you resolve this problem so that we can keep you as a satisfied customer. VERY, VERY disappointed with our Norfolk OfficeMax store and will not recommend them to my friends or family or anyone! They need a 101 in customer service and need it soon!!! If they need my $50 more, than so be it! I left very upset and will never patronage their store again!

I found the employees to be incredibly rude. I went in to have a service done that they offer and was pretty much made to feel as though I was inconveniencing them. It’s one thing to not have time to do something, but it should be addressed in a tactful way, which it certainly was not. Safe to say I will not be going back and I will make it known how they treat their customers. Not an effective way to treat, or keep, loyal customers, in my opinion.

Drove from Columbus for a chair store was closed during posted hours. Disappointed.

Employees are kind friendly and easily approachable. If one is willing to pay a slightly higher price for seemingly higher quality office products Id suggest this place of businesses any day of the week. I do mean that literally. Regardless of date or time this store is usually at a slow point. I guarantee that you will not find the claustrophobic and anchovy packed isles that you may see in other big name super markets. 6 out of 5 if I could.

The employees are very helpful. There are usually some good discounts. The pricing is pretty competitive from what I have seen.

They have no idea how to help customers, they will not communicate with you. They will not help you find any items you are looking for. I WILL NOT RETURN BACK DUE TO THE LACK OF SERVICE I RECEIVED! THE OWNER OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT SHOULD BE EMBARRASSED

I rarely go to office max, just bc I dont need much in the line of office supplies, but my daughters and I decided that we would check them out for school supplies before going anyplace else. What a wonderful experience! ! We found everything on our list...thats rare if you can find everything at one store! ! The staff was very friendly and helpful, with a great sense of humor as well...As we were leaving, I told the pepple who had helped us that I had been doing this parenting gig for 28 years and this was absolutely the best school shopping experience ever! ! Do you know how many miserable school shopping years I had up to this day? ? Too many! ! I will be going to office max from now on...they even had chocolate! ! Thats just what I needed :-)

Since this is my opinion I feel I should let other know of my experience. In 2012 I purchased a Lexmark All -In-One printer here so I could always find ink for this machine today I went in to find the ink and machine were both discontinued (not just that machine but the whole LEXMARK line of products) and I would have to go to the web to find ink for the machine I purchased here.Needless to say I am not happy about that, since they dont fix machines and they dont have supplies for consumable machines - that I purchased there, I would highly recommend you not purchase any from this store. Thumbs down!!!!

Customer service is not just pathetic, it was disrespectful!Went in today to check out Windows 8.1 to update my desktop computer! The display only box was plain, so I had to ask for help. When the manager and clerk asked when I purchased my computer, (2009), I was told my computer would not support windows 8.1 without knowing what brand, processing power, ram ect. that I have. They never bothered to look at the for sale version of Windows 8.1 to look up system requirements either, which may have got them a sale!I drove over to Walmart and found the same Windows 8.1 with system requirements on the box. Not only did my hp meet those but had much more than needed!Walmart $200, Office Max $0! Thanks for nothing Jerks!That is the 2nd time your staff failed! I will shop, Walmart or Best by online or in Omaha from now on!

The Manger Marcus is a moron. Did a order wrong and put blame on us. was not charged for the service but would not apologize or admit he did anything wrong. He actually sent an employee over to handle his mistake.
