Freaking amazing lil shop that can assist you with just about any computer need. I went in to get a screw out from my MB 2012 and not only did he get it out he was able to assist with the tools I needed to get the job done myself. They don’t push you to buy or have them service and they encourage to do work on your own. Will be here again to start my FIRST PC build as they have all the items Amazon does but a better price that actually works. I love supporting local business and they deserve the clientele! Friendly, professional and fantastic service! I called P&P after months of trying to self-repair a problem with my laptop camera (even the manufacturers tech support hadnt been able to help).P&P were awesome - they looked at my laptop within an hour of my first call to them. When it turned out to be an easily fixed issue (i.e. operator error), P&P quickly called to let me know so I could get back to work. Going above and beyond, they didnt even charge me (!!) when I would have happily paid to have the problem resolved. Definitely recommend.

This place rocks. I need to start with that in case you only read the first line. There is no reason to bring your computer anywhere else. I know very little about computers in general which makes me an easy target if you want to take advantage. Robert from P and P PC did the opposite. I thought my laptop was trashed. Slow to start and slow to run. Its an older machine and I just assumed Id be on the hook to buy something new. I expected to spend $700-$1000 when I walked through the door. After my laptop spent 2 days with Robert, it was faster than when I bought it. He replaced my hard drive with an upgraded model and my laptop FLIES! All for a little over $200. If you want honesty and great work, theres no need to look any further.

P&P PC is a very reliable business. They were able to resolve my problem quickly and efficiently. And though they did not have the part in stock was willing to order a replacement (after trying several options and being mindful of the cost), which gave feasibility. Im visiting Norfolk from Florida. I dropped my Dell Laptop by accident. Turned it on and it was a disaster. Read good reviews about P+P repair so brought it in expecting the worst. They examined and fixed it in 15 minutes charging me the Princely sum of $ 5.00And gave me a few valuable tips on caring for my computer at the same time.When was the last time you had anything repaired for $ 5.00 ?

I was so relieved after my last visit. Was worried there could be a major problem with my computer & possibly not have it for days while being repaired. $200 later and computer is still not working.Took my computer up there told him that the charger not working he said it was because it was bad he replaced it still not working tells me probably the motherboard itll cost another $300 for him to replace that even though we really not sure thats what the problem is so I come home $200 short and my computer still doesnt work

I have taken my family computers here for the last couple of years. They have given me quality service every time. They call me back which means a lot, they give you a time frame on your repair and quote you a repair cost upfront! Definitely a place you need in your life if you own computers!

Successfully retrieved my documents from my 14 year old cat- hair infested computer- saving me a lot of time and trouble. They patiently asked me which files I need saved and transferred it over to a very reasonably priced refurbished model. They have been in business for at least 10 years and have a nice presentable office space with dedicated employees. I got a good deal on a newer computer with all my old files restored at a very competitive price. It took a little longer for file recovery than I thought it would but they were thorough and reasonably priced. I would definitely use them again for any computer problems. They are fair and do not charge too much. I was very pleased. ALSO was able to get GREAT help on the phone AFTER the sale-- fixed my problem via phone right away when I could not get my printer to print. SERVICE AFTER THE SALE IS EXCELLENT!!!! Thanks ladies!!! The shop is awesome I have taken my computers to other shops in the past but this shop was able to solve problems that no other computer shop could solve. The customer service is top-notch and the return on investment cannot be beat. These guys are able to work on PCs and Apple computers. I dropped my laptop off for a week since I only have off 1 day a week. In that week they called and wanted to make sure they got everything as far as copying my hard drive and put it on a flash drive for me. I went to find out if my laptop was worth fixing. I took my laptop in to get it fixed and they were very efficient! I really needed my laptop for school that was starting up and they were able to fix it in less than a week! I was scammed! They had my laptop for over 2 weeks and didnt do what I asked. In fact they messed it up more. Now it has to be completely restored. Which I took it to pc rehab to do. Dont trust these people. They will lie to you while being nice about it. I wish I could give it 0 stars. Drew from PC Rehab fixed my computer in 2 hours without doing a complete reinstall like they at P & P wanted to do

Just went there today to find out what was wrong with my gaming rig (would fail to post-boot and was not recognizing monitor/keyboard/mouse). Went in with my PC in hand, didnt have to schedule an appointment and they went right to business!They ran a diagnostic on on the hardware itself and found the culprit to be a bad RAM stick. Wouldnt have guessed it if they didnt! They even offered a replacement stick (DDR3) for much cheaper than I would have gotten online.Will come back again if I have any PC-related issues and would recommend anyone near the area to come check out! :D

I had a problem with the battery on my Acer laptop dying even though I was using a universal power cord. I thought I had to order a brand-new battery and went to P&P to see how soon it could be shipped, as I was visiting from out of a town for a few days and was proofreading a transcript and had a few hundred more pages to read. The technician informed me instead of buying a battery, just see if the manufacturers power plug would power up the battery. Behold, it worked perfectly and I bought their power cord. Im very thankful I took my laptop here. I wholeheartedly recommend that you take your computer here to get serviced for any type of issues. They possess honesty and integrity and that goes a long way.

Rob and Gabriel were great! They took my computer I use for my local business in and had it cleaned, optimized, and working like new again in just a couple of hours. Brought my PC in with what I thought was a corrupted hard drive. Rob had it fixed in no time with all of my files recovered. Couldnt ask for better service.

My brother in law does not use the computer appropriately, we let him use our computer while he stayed with us after being evicted. The computer was in bad shape. Took it to Paul and Paula, they cleaned it so well that it looks brand new. They also were able to remove all the viruses caused by the worms and maliculous malaware. Really bad stuff. When I went to turn it on I would be bombarded with videos of girls doing #2 in each others mouths and so forth. My recommendation is do not let people like this use your computer, but if you do there is a great place called PnP that can help.

I have been to P&P PC for all my families electronic needs. From my husbands computer virus to my daughters busted iPhone screen. They have always been very professional and timely. I never worry when a problem occurs because I know that they will save the day.

I took my computer to this store and it was diagnosed and the repair was almost the price of buying the same model new. So I choose not to go through with the repair. He said oh youre probably just going to take it the company and see how much they will charge and if you bring it back we charge the diagnostic fee again. So it will cost more. Even though they know what the problem is they would still charge me again if I walk out the store without getting it fixed right then?? I dont like that practice. Even if I planned to get it fixed it will NEVER be by this company.

I thought this place was a museum at first. Turns out it’s not, but it’s also not the place to get the latest version of iTunes installed either. I don’t know if I was speaking to P or P, but I suppose that doesn’t much matter. What does matter is that I went in there trying to fix my MacBook and came out with a SCSI to USB adaptor for an IBM from 1989.

Rob was very kind and professional, unfortunately my Macbook Air was beyond repair. Their turn around time is much quicker than other businesses in the area and fees are reasonable for their level of service.

They were professional and courteous. Somehow I turned my WI-FI software off and did not know it. I thought it was something serious and maybe needed a new WI-FI card. They troubleshot and fixed the problem within 10 minutes. And the best thing is, they didnt even charge me for doing it. I recommend P&P to anybody that has computer issues that need to be resolved.
