The parking lot is full of trash. The entry of the store has old newspapers old farm fresh bags and potato chip bags on the ground. Nasty. The hot food department is getto ratchet and rude. The lady talked to one customer so much she messed up everybody orders. Mines and 6 other people. Hate this farm fresh always have. Needs new management

They’re a good shopping place. Turning things around and taking important foods away that I use and eat. If they keep that up I’m going to KROGER to shop because they have a great selection of foods I eat in the ways of Italian and so does Harris Teeter

The cleanest, best supermarket anywhere, not sure where I will shop once it closes. There is not a better meat department in the area. I shop at the Wards Corner almost every day and know most of the people there by name and they know me, you cant put a price on that kind of relationship . If Kroger opens there they are going to have to do a much better job than they do across the street to keep me as a customer .

A grocery store thats been on Wards Corner for a long time, and still has decent fresh food options. Has a small starbucks inside, which is a bonus, though now it must compete with the Starbucks across the street and a brand new Harris Teeter. Prices here are always good. Carries a variety of pet foods as well - even the raw/frozen kind, as well as frosty paws (treat) though the freezer is small, its great that its easy to get to.

Friendly and efficient, the Farm Fresh staff are extremely courteous and reliable. They make some of my most stressful times, i.e. Bill- paying, tolerable with their friendly faces and quick, attentive, service. Thanks guys, see you next time.... Im crying on the inside because Im having to cash my check only to cover a bill all at the same convenient location.

Im on my way to the store now, but I wanted to comment because based on the 1st review I was expecting a tough phone call. They picked up super-quick, and were really helpful & friendly! Pleasant surprise. Will edit my review if the store experience doesnt match up. UPDATE: just got back from the store . . . when I got there, they were almost out of what I needed, so I asked the produce man if they had any more and he said, Are you the one who called? I said yes, and he said, I didnt want to put them out in case they all got taken . . . let me go in back and get them for you. It was AWESOME. Raised my 4-star rating to 5.

They have the best fruit and vegetables. Every melon juicy. Other stores have hard to eat melons. Their salad bar is freshI love this store.

Farm fresh is the grocery store you go to because most big name stores dont have the specific fresh food you are looking for. It can be a bit more on the expensive side, but it will have more choices as far as fresh meats and produce go. They also have a decent beer and wine selection and walk in cooler.

While clean and looks nice there is never anyone on the floor to help and the layout is just weirdly confusing. Great beer selection. Prices seem high throughout the store.

I do most of my grocery shopping here every week. Senior discount (5%) Tuesdays and Thursdays; military discount too. The produce is generally good, meats great. Great staff, friendly cashiers.

Great place to get organic food. Friendly staff that is helpful. Food prices are considerably higher than at walmart, food lion, etc. If you want healthy organic food come here for it!

Produce area is Awesome. Staff is exceptionally friendly. Clean restroom and store. This is my favorite grocery store due to the staff alone and sales are ALWAYS the best. I prefer over Walmart anyway for groceries.

The butchers at the meat counter can order items for you if you give them enough notice. I always buy bones for stock from them. Great beer and wine selection as well.

The staff are very nice and professional, the store is clean. My only problem is they are higher priced than other F.F. stores They are closed permanently. I hope they put a Kroger there.

This is a decent Farm Fresh. Their floral department is superior to others in the area, and I have and will rely on them for great arrangements. They carry daiya cheese, which is hard to find but a necessity for my son who is allergic to milk.

I purchased a frozen pumpernickel and it turned out to be Pumpernickel rye I spoke with a manager Ryan who told me thee bakery would call me Sunday Am (this was for a baby shower ) never heard from anyone I called the store and was told that the bread was made ...... nice to find out Tuesday I was told by the manager she didnt want to hear my attitude. And hung up on me

I am going to miss Farm Fresh when the stores close. I have always been able to pick up 12packs of Diet Barqs which can be difficult to find...

I live farm fresh. I just wish the wouldnt have changed there name brand meats. I use to go to them mainly for the meats.

Wards Corner store is just the best. The staff is always willing to help.

If youre in the Wards Corner area of Norfolk youll have a hard time finding a better grocery store. They dont have the ridiculous variety of a Walmart or the over the top selection that a Trader Joes might have, but I can buy all my groceries/pet food/charcoal and be checked out within 30 minutes regardless of the time of day.

Its a very nice store with a lot of options and one of the few taking care of its veterans.

Better prices than across the street and its on the right side of the street when im visiting my folks so I dont have to make any left turns!

They have a huge selection of everything you could need. Mildly pricey but you pay for quality. Good store.

Farm Fresh offers a selection of fresh product thats sometimes you cant get anywhere wlse. They are one of the few grocery stores that offers military discoubts.

Customers service is not the best. I was in there around 1:30 pm. But young ladys at the customer service was not friendly at all. They at like they where doing me a favor by waiting on me. And I was the one who was spending my mone.

Will never ever go to farm fresh on 230 east little creek road that store cashier seth charged me for chicken that i didnt have i spoke with a store manager the same day about being charged for something i didnt have she said bring receipt and you will get refund the next day i went to the store esther made it seem like i was lying not professional at all worst customer service ever !!!!! This store charged me for shi# i shouldnt have the deli didnt have big bags how does the store function without essentials ive been going to that store for over a decade never again !!!

I hope they dont delete this because they usually delete the negative feedbacks. Here I am with 6 other customers waiting in a customer service line for more than 30 mns while managers and supervisors are going back and forth looking at us is the eyes like it was not their job to come and help that poor lady on her own. Good customer service is that when you have a line of 2 people or more, someone needs to step up and help. Proactively everyone should be trained to do everyones job if need be. When I finally get pissed and call for manager to relieve the situation, I was clearly unhappy. The manager or supervisor s job supposed to be to insured that customers are satisfied, serviced in a timely manner while employees dont feel worked up especially when dealing with other peoples money. Instead of offering an apology and procede to make sure that We are serviced, he left us to go call security. Who does that? Everything is at the image of this country. Making America great again backwards...The competition is right across the street....Thank you for the experience...

Store is always clean, salad bar and soup bar is always clean and well stocked with fresh product. Scott one of the cashiers calls me by my name and is always very friendly.

This used to be my favorite grocery store, but recently they have rearranged the store and I feel like they got rid of a bunch of high in products and replaced them with cheap knock offs. There are also never any shopping carts, they have half as many as they used to.

We ordered online for pick up. They didnt have our order ready when we got there... then didnt send home half of the items on our order (didnt charge us for them, but still very inconvenient). Also, ordered a 4 pack of Greek yogurt and they sent a single Greek yogurt, but charged us for the 4. Hate this store.
