Poor lack of communication poor lack of scheduling lack of respect to the customer. Hugely disappointed and how the businesses ran and that the customer is not communicated with about his appointment about when the parts are in or when the car would be ready for repair no communication at all terribly disappoint!!!

I have to give a huge shout out to Bret Bunton at Bloomington Collision Repair Inc for a remarkable job! I hit two raccoons at a high speed and had my side doors bashed in by a brat kid in a mini van, who kicked open the van doors and dented my doors. The service is outstanding! He made this a great experience! Other repair shops were saying 4-5 days minimum. He got it done in two days! It looks better now than when I bought it! The other insurance company was trying to get me to take it elsewhere. I declined. Bret guaranteed his work for the life of the car. YOU decide who works on your car.
