5 stars for a reason. This company was outstanding start to finish. They are great at keeping you updated and letting you know what’s going on. They work with you and try to accommodate to your needs. They do fabulous work. Super personable on the phone as if there your family. I cannot speak for this company enough. There are very few companies out there that are this honest, this good of work, and better yet get it done before the time line. And to top it off theu surprised me by detailing my car better then if you were to take it somewhere professionally. Had my 2005 Buick worked on after having someone hit my car while it was parked. Everyone was incredibly professional that I worked with throughout the whole process. My entire experience was superb. My car was repaired and back on the road in a timely manner and returned cleaner than when I brought it in. They handled everything with the insurance company, and treated me as a valued customer. My estimator Gina kept me informed on the progress of the repair, and made sure things ran smoothly. Backstory: Someone had backed into our truck while we were eating at a restaurant. 100% their fault and their insurance told us we could pick a shop or go with one certified with the insurance company (which included Gerber). We went with Gerber since the work would come with a warranty.Our bumper and tail light had to be replaced and something was up with the lights on the truck after the accident which they looked at as well. We also had slight damage to the bed of the truck which needed repaired but not completely replaced.They were wonderful about customer service and correcting errors, but I give them 2 stars based on the errors we had to go back twice to have corrected...1. The taillight that was replaced ended up being loose and upon further investigation, the screws were not connected (somehow the plastic had snapped). No biggie. They were great about getting a new one.2. This was the dangerous and reckless mistake. The mechanic who had replaced our bumper did not connect everything back up around the leaf spring assembly (which I guess connects to the bumper). My husband and I pull full size trailers and he noticed this issue while checking the light connections under the bumper of the truck. So we called and Gerber said to bring it in.Come to find out, the mechanic admitted to purposefully leaving it disconnected because it was not an OEM replacement and he was unable to connect it correctly without loosening other parts. WE HAUL TRAILERS WITH THIS TRUCK. He put our lives and the lives of other motorists at risk to save time.Again, office staff and inspectors were so nice, I just wish the work was reliable.

Very happy with the repair. It looks great, was done quickly and you kept in touch throughout the process. The cost was about 1/3 lower than another estimate that I got.I hope I dont need your services again but Ill recommend you to anyone who does.
