My mom had car trouble and she chose this place because they were open on a Sunday. She met and spoke with the owner Alan and he told her that she needed a new transmission in August 2020. She paid these scammers $2000 to replace her transmission. It is now November 2020 and we can’t hear from these people. 3months of getting the run around and we never heard from Alan again. Another owner named Chris spoke to my mom a few times after she called for several weeks and sent my husband to the shop to follow up. He completely lied on several occasions regarding the progress of their so called work. They rarely answer the phone and when she was able to get in touch with someone it’s always lies, “we’ll be done with your car tomorrow “. Tomorrow comes and still no answer and at this point we believe that they can’t fix her car and is refusing to communicate and refund her money. My mom lives hours away from this shop and have had to go without a vehicle. They never apologize, not professional at all and absolutely do not care about the fact that they have $2000 from my mom for doing absolutely nothing. Perhaps this review will get their attention since they won’t respond to her or her lawyer. My husband has even visited this shop to follow about my mom’s car and they’ve lied right to his face. I’m shocked that this place has good reviews. Probably fake reviews. It has been an absolute nightmare having no car, trying to get to work and run errands during a pandemic. They can’t even be professional and explain themselves to my mother. Stay away from this place.
